Moreover, just about anything I may have ordered was going to be about a $20 spend. David, was the server for our table that night. I was just about set on NOT ordering anything as I was just accompanying my family for dinner; David, however, was able to make some great recommendations for something to order. He recommended something under the "3 for me deals". That recommendation pulled me in! I ordered the smash burger - aka the Big Smasher. I ended up enjoying it more than I expected! The restaurant was super busy on a Sunday afternoon, but that didn't stop of from being seating within 5 minutes and helped. The hostess was lovely and accommodating. Our server Erick went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. He provided us with a variety of options that fit our budget and offered sauces I didn't even think to add. The environment was perfect, not too loud, but still can enjoy the baseball game. I'm definitely coming back for that amazing customer service! Shoutout to Erick. We came today to try out the new Nashville cheese sticks and Boi let me tell you they did not disappoint. They're fire. We also got chicken and shrimp pasta which I ordered with extra sauce and they didn't hesitate to bring me 2 cups of that sauce to put more on my pasta the waiter was very super nice very friendly. Great service today . I've been to Chili's tons of times . Today was. Great day to eat here . Found a table at the bar area. Which means HAPPY hour . Unfortunately no more food items on happy hour . Our latest foray here with friends was a mixed bag. My Fajitas Trio of shrimp, chicken, and steak were very good, and I was even given more Flour Tortillas without charge to support them. But an order of Guacamole arrived ice cold at the table, and Diane's Chicken Crispers were overcooked. French Fries were okay. An included side of Black Beans was excellent. That was this past Sunday. Crickets. I called again yesterday and spoke to some guy who was "covering" from another location; he couldn't -- or wouldn't -- help either and again said a manager would call me back. Still nothing. No apology, no refund, no corrected order, and no follow-through. That level of incompetence and disrespect is astonishing. Fajitas for two was edible only., first the plate was not sizziling and barely warm...Chix and beef were dry and barely warm, ...all the sauces and peppers on the bottom... no dinner plates as if we had to share the pile of what not onto the table. This is my comfort place, 100%. I have come here every birthday (or have tried to) since I was 12, so around 4 or 5 years or so. Food is great! Usually 10/10 for me, but if not that then the least I'd rate it would be an 8/10. The only thing usually wrong with it is that I eat too much of it and accidentally make myself a little sick cause I love it so much lol. Service is also great usually! Servers are almost always attentive, and when they aren't it's because they're busy attending to other tables when the place is busy (which is totally fine by me). The servers also have nice vibes, almost always smiling which makes the mood feel light. And overall vibe of the place is nice. Casual chattering among other customers and the occasional louder-than-necessary conversation held by some as well lol. The only thing I have to comment on is the cleanliness. It's okay, but could definitely be better. We've come across many tables, and seats, that were sticky or still had some food on them from the last people there, leaving me and my family to clean up the leftover mess sometimes. After reading the reviews on this particular Chili's we (group of 3) went in nervous about our dinning experience because of the reviews but after the diner we were all raving about how the experience was. The waitress was phenomenal and consistently viewing our table and bringing us refills on our drinks and chips the whole time (before the drinks were even fully empty). She was super nice and payed attention to us and all the tables around us. The food came out fast even for the Chilis being super packed. All the food was hot and delicious/well seasoned . My boyfriend and I had a gift card that we received on Christmas to Chili's and so we came here to use it this past week. It was our Anniversary week and we thought we would celebrate a lunch here. And that was the best decision we could have made , regardless of using the gift card our visit here to Chili's was a special one too. The Atmosphere here was such a pleasant one from the very beginning just walking thru the front door and right away being treated so welcome. Our servers name was Adree and what can I say but she was the one of the best servers we have ever had, here in San Bernardino area or anywhere. Adree was attentive and sweet and most of all she made our visit here so very special indeed. Not alot of servers do that anymore in this day of age so when one does they need to be recognized for it ! The lunch was exceptionally delicious as well, hats off to the kitchen staff as well . Honestly I used to love coming to this chilis, I've visited with family and friends but this last experience really ruined this location for me! When my family and I walked in it was pretty slow but I don't expect food to come out like the speed of lightning, that's simply not how that work so I'll definitely be patient. Now to the problem here, we were sat next to the bar and it was pretty chill, there was a lady sitting in the high chairs next to us and it seemed like she worked there, our server was constantly stopping at that table and talking to her, we all ordered at the same time, it had been about 20 minutes and everyone else's food came out but mine, by the time I got my food everyone has finished there's. Our server was nowhere to be found and someone new started serving our table. For it being a chill day it was pretty disappointing. Horrible experience here. I will NEVER go back. I was watching football game with family and another customer made a racist remark cause we were cheering for the football games. Employees were rude to us and We got kicked out for arguing with the other customer for making Racial remarks. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. Every blue moon somebody will make a chili's request. OK let's go to Chili's. They usually don't have anything for me. Looks like today's gonna be a pescatarian day. I hate eating animals ! From the table being wobbly , Silverware being dirty , food too spicy and our drink order was wrong. All a case of miscommunication .
