We came in after church for lunch with family. Our waitress immediately told us she was new and asked us not to be too hard on her. She was actually wonderful, very sweet, attentive, and apologized multiple times for the delay even though it clearly wasn't her fault. After waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes for our food, a manager finally came to our table. We were informed that our order had been entered but never made it to the kitchen. Meanwhile, two tables that arrived about 30 minutes after us had already received their meals and were nearly finished eating. The manager's response was essentially to ask if we wanted our order moved to the front of the line. There was little apology, no real accountability, and the interaction came across as rude and dismissive. We had not complained once during the entire wait and were patient until management finally acknowledged us. The only bright spot was our waitress, who handled a bad situation with professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself appears to be poorly managed. Two visits, six months apart, with unacceptable wait times and no meaningful effort to make things right. Piss-poor management and another extremely disappointing experience. We will never be back.
