If I could give no stars I would. I order a crispy chicken sandwich. It was not crispy. It was so soggy and greasy the bread was soaked with grease and in edible. I tried to soak the grease up with a napkin. The server walked but and I mentioned how greasy and soggy it was she offered to get me fresh bread. I declined as it would not save the greasy soggy chicken. I tried to eat part of it, an then when the server came by I told her she could take it away because it was not edible. She said she'd grab her manager. Which was apparently the other lady taking tables with her, as I heard and saw her taking to her. She did not want to come to the table apparently. Told her to discount it or make new one. We just took the discount as we waited long enough for our food. The bacon was kinda gross too on my sandwich and My wife had a side a bacon and she apologized and said they were making more. When she brought it out. The bacon brought when we asked for the check was good. Too bad everything else wasn't my mother in laws toast came out cold and not buttered. They got her more. She also mentioned her scrambled eggs tasted like they had cheese in them and were full of grease just do not say anything. Finally they are advertising apple crisp cakes everywhere and when we sat down the server should have told us they were out because that's what we originally wanted. Slow service and horrible food. I can't review the food because we didn't get any. After standing at the front waiting to be seated for 15 minutes and never being acknowledged we left. During that time we watched servers ignoring customers and one even walking around on her phone. We did not see a seating hostess. Went here after a concert with my siblings and significant other at 12 in the morning and service was terrible and the manager on duty was making smart comments about all of us. We ordered a mocha cold brew coffee and me and my sister got one but my significant other didn't. The manager came and gave my significant other a straight black coffee. Then when I told our waiter about it we all could hear them saying stuff about us. They were going to charge us for an extra drink but they heard us talking about not paying for the wrong drink and so they didn't add it to the check. Manager wasn't even helping. read more

Looking at the reviews, you either have a four star or a one star experience here. And it looks like it's about 50-50. We just moved to the area and have eaten breakfast here three times in the last six months. Each time we have had a four or five star experience. The wait staff is very friendly, but shorthanded. Our food is always been hot and we've gotten it pretty quick. This is the only place that I've had French toast that I would say is excellent. I am a regular Denny's diner. We have our regular Bible study there every Thursday, the location in Bryant Arkansas. Just this past Monday, July 1st, we had our quarterly former professor gathering at Denny's. All of us were really pleased with the food and particularly the service. Our servers were simply great. They got five very different orders accurate to a tee and their personal manner was just so nice to see. We felt well taken care of. Now to be fair sometimes the service is a bit uneven. Often that is because of system dysfunction and while it doesn't hinder the overall resturant's quality it does occur. My bottom line: you get good value for your buck at Denny's and it's personal something you don't find that frequently anymore. read more

First off more than half of my order never received. Was told it would take 24-48 hours for the refund but one week later still no refund. The number on the website isn't connected to the restaurant at all so you can't speak to an actual team member. The wife and I had planned to go home and eat leftovers from the night before but in our way through Bryant she had noticed Denny's was not packed full of people like they have been any other time we wanted to try Denny's so we decided to turn back around in Benton and come back to Bryant and grab some food and try it out. This is my first time coming to a Denny's ever and my wife's close to hundredth time from when she was a kid so we figured it would be interesting. Well it turned out to be interesting or more or less boring and frustrating to say the least. When we came in it looked nice and very well clean and kept up so that was a plus but then it came down to the service. Our server was some girl with pink pink hair. She sat us down and got our drink orders that moment. From there it went down hill. We sat at our table for a total of 35 minutes before we were acknowledged to order the food. We ordered a appetizer and two meals. Nothing extraordinary or extravagant just some what they called the red white and blue puppies for the appetizer and then the two meals just some pancakes and then a slamwhich. After 50 minutes at the table our drinks were gone for 25 minutes so far and our food hadn't arrived just the appetizer. No acknowledgement for the drinks still and the server almost served us somebody else's food... still timing to see how long this is going to take. The wife and I have somewhat made a game out of who's going to get more frustrated at this point. The wife is now doing the finger rub under her nose and we're now watching other people that came in 20 minutes behind us eat. Btw I haven't shown the timer because I feel like that would be rude to show a timer on how long we've been sitting at a Denny's just to wait on food. It's now been a hour and no food still and still no drinks and we've decided to wait for the food and to go box's and I'll be filing a complaint with management. It's been 1 hour and 2 mins and the food arrived and not correct as well. The place was swamped but the servers managed to keep up. Remarkable crew.I was there for my free Veterans Day meal at 10:30am. Nice meal except the eggs were undercooked. Not over medium. Waitress returned them to kitchen, returned still not done. Bacon had been nicely cooked until they cooked them some more. Never said anything about the bacon. Came back overcooked, dry, and crumbly. What in the....!? The only reason two stars is given is due to the Shift Manager Ms. Yasmin. I've been in here one other time when they first opened and was pretty dissatisfied then. Thought we would give it another shot and well... to say the least if Ms. Yasmin was an octopus with 8 hands the place would run great. We were sat by a lady who wouldn't let us even tell her what we needed to drink without a 10 minute conversation. We finally received our drinks and ended up with a waitress from the pits of Gordon Ramsey's nightmare. She was loud, rude and complained constantly in the back. When Ms. Yasmin showed up she was wearing the same clothes as the waitresses so we thought she was at first. So we called her over while she was walking around refilling coffee and making sure customers were satisfied. We asked if she could please take our order which she then politely said no problem and also refilled our drinks. The food was brought out and looked beautiful and tasted great! We asked the cooks name so we could tell him thank you and Ms. Yasmin then states she also made the food while the cook was on break....WHAT! She then begins to walk around filling drinks again of other tables and making sure things were well including discounting other tables tickets due to poor food quality of the cooks and rudeness/stress of the waitresses on other tables. The entire restaurant felt heavy! Ms. Yasmin was literally a breath of fresh air. Humble and also a well rounded employee! Leaving we couldn't find her to thank her due to her prepping food for the next shift! (Literally a ninja) The Restaurant Manager checked us out and just complained about his staff and the restaurant which made it even worse. I told him about Ms. Yasmin and he seemed very unenthusiastic about her. Weird place for sure! We're a family of 4 and our waitress was an older woman with glasses, brunette hair and down in a low ponytail. She also waited a table of a young couple and a family of 5, both tables got here after us and got their food sooner than we did, while we were still waiting, the couple left and the table of 5 got done eating yet we're still WAITING! Which was weird because she was waiting all of us. It came to the point where me and my mother went up to her (who was at the bar) and she ignored us completely! The man at the host stand eventually asked us what was going on and we explained. the place was completely empty once we got our food, but it was packed when we sat down.
