He did an excellent job on my Mustang GT. The service requested we thought was a radiator hose. It turned out that I needed a hose and a new radiator. Pricing was beyond fair! I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. If you need any vehicle services in the area, Mr. Robert is definitely the person to call for fast, reliable, and excellent service.

On 4/8 I went for a leaky water pump repair previously diagnosed by another repair shop…read more.. Southaven Car Care agreed and repaired for $633. I drove the car for 2 days; when another leak appeared . I Took it back to Southaven CC who stated it was NOW THE RADIATOR. (The radiator Was Not Leaking B4 water pump repair). I declared it was something SCC did in water pump repair. SCC representative was cocky and nasty saying the new water pump put pressure on the Radiator which caused the new leak. He also stated the water pump was "barely hanging on my car" which is not true from the initial waterpum diagnosis B4 I went to SCC. So, I took to another repair shop which showed a cracked radiator (not there on water pump repair day 2 days prior). Now it would be $934 for new radiator from SCC. It is a shame how Auto Repair shops continue to take woman (especially older Black women) for a monitary ride. I recently read one from several people (no longer shown) about this particular shop--about bigger problem s after initial repair. I got bids elsewhere for less, where I got it repaired the next day. In closing, the owner was cocky, sometimes nasty, and very deceitful about my repairs. Please stay away!! Cocky, no compassion and shoddy work????? Wish I could give "0" stars.

I am a firm believer that "Customer Service" is everything, especially when I am spending my hard…read moreearned-money. I really would give a little higher rating, but it would only be for the repair work and that's all. I've been a faithful customer for many years. I was referred to Thong's and instructed to only negotiate with Thong himself and never with his wife. So, I would get an outside diagnosis of my vehicles before taking them to Thong's. I would then call Thong and he would give me a price for the labor only, and I would then pick up the parts myself. I would save money because a lot of repair shops add a mark-up or additional profit, when they furnish or buy the parts for you. Also, the labor cost negotiated with Thong was already cheaper than most places in town. Like a lot of other customer reviews, I've read, people including me, have just put up with Mrs. Thong, because the price and work was very good. However, it wears you down after a while and you just get tired of dealing with this lady. She is rude, she tries to charge more than you negotiated with Thong himself, she will try to argue with you at times, she believes she's smarter that most, and never wrong about anything. So, I've finally decided to pay a little more and take my business elsewhere. Thong should really deal with his wife and send her home and get someone else to run the office. I'm quite sure he is beginning to lose business and it will show in time, if it hasn't already affected their business. Unless of course, she's really the boss and doesn't care about business growth. I will never refer anyone to Thong's again, as I have in the past. Mrs. Thong is "BAD" for Business. Mr. A. C. . . ("A Customer Whose Had Enough")
