I honestly can't say enough good things about Mr. Mobile Repair! Not only did he come on a Sunday…read moreand on Memorial Day weekend, he did not charge me double. He was also so nice to work with. He did an excellent job on my Mustang GT. The service requested we thought was a radiator hose. It turned out that I needed a hose and a new radiator. Pricing was beyond fair! We have saved his number and told everyone we know about him. Thank you so much for fixing my car on such short notice and being such an honest person. You are a rare find in today's world!

I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. If you need any vehicle services in the area, Mr. Robert is definitely the person to call for fast, reliable, and excellent service.

The mechanic I usually take my cars to is almost to Bartlett and I wanted to try something close…read moreand in the CY neighborhood. I came in looking for a convenient, quick change on my brakes. I knew that was the problem. I also knew the car I was bringing was an older "clunker" that I did not want to invest much into for repairs. Upon arrival, I attempted to explain this to the receptionist. She didn't even make contact with me, but instead just told me that the mechanic would take care of things. I should have insisted on speaking to someone but I wanted to trust the process. When I received the quote, I knew it was way off. I reached out to my mechanic (who also has Yelp reviews of 4.6+ as well) and asked if it sounded strange. He said he could beat it by $400, and probably more. I picked up my car (which still cost me a $125 diagnostic service fee) and took it to my other mechanic who did the work for $800 less. I'm sure The Hub stands by their work and their quote, but that is just so, so far off and a bit toned def to this customer's needs. All your receptionist had to do was listen to me and consider my request, but instead, you lost a potential new customer from the CY neighborhood. I hate that because I want to support local joints. From what other reviews say, this is a highly reputable place to take your vehicles -- so I can't argue its quality. I can only warn the consumer of its seemingly astronomical, pricey quotes.

On 4/8 I went for a leaky water pump repair previously diagnosed by another repair shop…read more.. Southaven Car Care agreed and repaired for $633. I drove the car for 2 days; when another leak appeared . I Took it back to Southaven CC who stated it was NOW THE RADIATOR. (The radiator Was Not Leaking B4 water pump repair). I declared it was something SCC did in water pump repair. SCC representative was cocky and nasty saying the new water pump put pressure on the Radiator which caused the new leak. He also stated the water pump was "barely hanging on my car" which is not true from the initial waterpum diagnosis B4 I went to SCC. So, I took to another repair shop which showed a cracked radiator (not there on water pump repair day 2 days prior). Now it would be $934 for new radiator from SCC. It is a shame how Auto Repair shops continue to take woman (especially older Black women) for a monitary ride. I recently read one from several people (no longer shown) about this particular shop--about bigger problem s after initial repair. I got bids elsewhere for less, where I got it repaired the next day. In closing, the owner was cocky, sometimes nasty, and very deceitful about my repairs. Please stay away!! Cocky, no compassion and shoddy work????? Wish I could give "0" stars.

This business was recommended to me for car repairs. They have provided a few services for me…read moreincluding "fixing my air". My air blows but will blow hot air or cool air or really cold air whenever. No rhyme or reason. We started this repair the summer of 2024 and still after several repairs, two very hot summers and a lot of money, I still am driving my car with the same issues. Chris was willing to work on it again at an additional charge when my air is still not working correctly after all of the past repairs and paid services. Needless to say, I am going to have to find another place to repair my air in my car. As for my other car repairs by this business, I have not had any problems. Hot and frustrated, Dana

Instead of giving up or launching my car into the sun (which, honestly, I might have understood), they stuck with it and kept troubleshooting until everything was finally sorted out.
