They told me that there was a screw in the tire was too close to the sidewall and I would need a new tire. I asked them about this, saying it didn't look very close to side!!! But the sales guy insisted that it was too close, and that I would need a new tire. Then he told me it would be better to get a pair of tires. At this point, I decided to go to Gateway, as I simply did not trust this guy. So, I go to GATEWAY, tell them that there is something wrong with my tire, and it takes them about 15 mins to get to my car. I started playing with my phone for a few mins, and then I look up and my car is gone!!! I go up to the counter, and the guy hands me the keys and says, we found a nail, patched it, and it is ready to go. No charge, we appreciate your business! WOW! I almost got taken for $450 dollars at a competitor, and this place says NO CHARGE! I am a customer for life! Highly recommended, as they have always been competent, never a problem, and now I understand that they are really honest as well. Refreshing!

After the initial fix, I still had some follow up items because things were not quite perfect with my ride. I knew that was the problem. I also knew the car I was bringing was an older "clunker" that I did not want to invest much into for repairs. Upon arrival, I attempted to explain this to the receptionist. She didn't even make contact with me, but instead just told me that the mechanic would take care of things. I should have insisted on speaking to someone but I wanted to trust the process. When I received the quote, I knew it was way off. I reached out to my mechanic (who also has Yelp reviews of 4.6+ as well) and asked if it sounded strange. He said he could beat it by $400, and probably more. I picked up my car (which still cost me a $125 diagnostic service fee) and took it to my other mechanic who did the work for $800 less. I'm sure The Hub stands by their work and their quote, but that is just so, so far off and a bit toned def to this customer's needs. All your receptionist had to do was listen to me and consider my request, but instead, you lost a potential new customer from the CY neighborhood. I hate that because I want to support local joints. From what other reviews say, this is a highly reputable place to take your vehicles -- so I can't argue its quality. I can only warn the consumer of its seemingly astronomical, pricey quotes.

They used to do this, but I was…read moretold that "he doesn't want anyone pulling up out front" as I also saw the guy working there yelling. Pretty wild that in cold weather you can't go get your tires topped off where you paid for an oil change. I'll go somewhere that offers this service.

Supply chain issues beyond anyone's control caused a multiple week delay of the part that was needed to fix my work vehicle. However, the staff here kept me well informed of the progress. This business is, by far, superior in numerous ways to how many of today's car dealerships' shops now operate. It's like a breath of fresh air to be able to deal with highly competent, ethical, and caring people. I have to give special shout-outs to Garrett, my service advisor, and Jimmy, the owner of the business. Their kindness and patience was epic, and quite appreciated. I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . Do not trust what they tell you…read more Just visited this Goodyear stop with a flat tire with only 800 miles on it. I was told it was a puncture that could not be patched. I decided to take it to my car dealer. They plugged it for $35. Beware of this shop.

Went online opened a line of credit with them to get the 6 months same as cash. Called and reviewed…read morethe three issues I wanted serviced for like $300. Dropped off the car, again went over the three things. They called an hour or so latter, we reviewed the three issues I wanted serviced. They reviewed three items they were trying to up-sale. I declined. I called to see if the car was ready , they again tried to up-sale so I again declined. I went to pick it up. We reviewed the three items, I paid then walked out to the car. It was obvious the tire rotation wasn't done. Went back in, and showed they charged me and explained no rotation. Same from tires has not been rotated. They came back and offered to refund saying the car tires didn't meet corporate expectations. Like wtf? The car is a CPO and not even a year old. One front tire was replaced two months ago. They overlooked it, charged me and didn't want to do it. Just unscrupulous and so petty. I won't be back. They are quick to up-sale but don't even fix the issues I paid for.
