Everything was good until checkout. The associate printed a duplicate ticket of another customers order and attached it to my vehicle (keys). When the associate who performed the service finished working with my vehicle and questioned the counter associate about the duplication error, the counter associate looked at me and stated that I scheduled my appointment under someone else's name. That's when things went left. Instead of admitting that he made an error, he attempted to shift the blame of him printing a duplicate ticket order on me. I guess error ownership and intelligence wasn't on his side on 9/04 because my email confirmation clearly states my name. Luckily, the correct service was performed on my vehicle which is registered in my name. Went to purchase tires here on Memorial Day but the business was closed. That was nice so employees can enjoy the day off. I had looked at the website the night before to see what tire options I had. The tires I was going to purchase were not in stock. The young man helped me find a other brand of tires that were comparable. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. His name was Quentin. He was very patient and kind. Great customer service! I dropped my car off when they were quite busy. To my surprise the car was ready about an hour after I left. I was very happy that the service time was fast. The tires he recommended were a good fit for my car and a reasonable price for the life of the tires. I was traveling from out of state when I unfortunately ran over debris on the interstate. It caused the mud cover underneath my car to dislodge and drag. I asked them so try to rig it or even pull the plastic thing off till I could get home. The tech barely looked at it and said they didn't have tools to help. I went up the road to Firestone and they were very accommodating to my predicament, and (with my approval) pulled the remaining plastic brads and cover off so it wouldn't drag. They are always happy to check one's tire inflations for free. In my case, it was quite evident that I picked up a nail. They patched the tire and did not even bill me. The man said that they don't charge for first time repairs. Really? Maybe they saw on their database that my husband bought four expensive tires from them a couple of months ago. I have used this company in several different states now, and it seems like they run a good operation. I am SO impressed by this place. From the very start when I walked in, they were helpful, courteous and professional. I'm very particular about my car and also very weary about giving it in anywhere because I've been burned in the past, a few too many times. Probably because I'm a female and many males in the automotive industry see us as easy prey to get money out of for unnecessary "fixes" for problems that were never there. I spent about 2 weeks stressing out about needing to get a nail out of my tire and get the hole patched. I finally caved and went to Discount Tire and they were AMAZING. Not only did they fully fix my tire and seal it back up nicely, they did it for FREE. While I was there I looked at their tire options for my inevitable future purchases and they have a WIDE array of different tires and they even carry the same tires I have on my vehicle that 3 other tire shops did not have and that it took 5 hours for firestone to find. Went in Saturday before closing with a hole in my tire, and the manager C J refused to offer me assistance. He refused to inflate my spare, and refused to put air in my leaking tire. Because of his negligence, by sending me away I had to pay to replace the tire. I've been a registered customer for over 25 years, all of my vehicle's tires are insured by Discount Tire. Discount tire is a place with awesome selection and if you have the time - you can order online and get tires ordered that are perfect to fit your car and it will be delivered directly to them! I have found that their in house selection to be quite minimal so if you had an unrepairable flat than you might want to go elsewhere as finding a great tire to replace your bad one probably not going to happen here. And carry a little extra hide on your backside as don't think they pay there staff much-- I've never seen an employee there either nice nor happy. But they are a solid value, most of their services are very competitively priced - and pack some patients 'cause no one is in a hurry around here!!! read more

Went to the business to get my tires rotated was told that I needed to buy new tires since one of my tires were in the red zone and 3 others were in the yellow zone. Ordered the tires from Discount since I was told they own Tire Rack where I normally get me tires. After ordering the tires and returning home I noticed that the salesman did not order the EV specific tires for my car so I called back and spoke to the salesman who did not understand the difference between tires that are tuned for EVs. Drove back to the business and spoke to the manager who told me that my order had already been updated to get the correct tires but no one called to tell me this, which would have saved me a trip back to the business. Tires arrived the next day and went to the business to get the tires installed but ran into a problem where they were unable to remove the center cap to change the tires so I went to the local dealership bought the tool so the tires could be changed. After picking up the car I noticed not one of the tires had the recommended inflation all seemed to have different inflation values. I also noticed that covers for my jack points were missing so I drove back to the business and was told they are not there, but the manager would call the next day. No manager called so I went back to business to see if the covers were found and was told they were not on the car when I brought it in which is strange since I checked those locations before bringing my car to the business. A simple phone call from management could have lessen my disappointment with this business after spending over 2700.00 for tires. Unfortunately I will not use this location again and would not recommend it. read more

You have to stay on your toes here because they WILL try to scam you!! I went to have a tire replaced. They replaced the tire fine, only had to wait a couple of hours. When we walked inside from showing the guy my tire, I saw him lift his mask, spit in his hand, then throw it in the trash. I almost threw up on sight. If he was gonna spit anyway, why not just spit directly in the trash? He didn't use hand sanitizer (even though it was on the desk), wash his hands, or put on gloves, he just went straight to typing on that computer. So if you work there you should know you have some nasty coworkers. He didn't walk me through what all they were charging me for. I'm young and it was my first time getting a tire replaced so I just figured it was expensive and didn't think too much when it was $150 just to replace a tire. I thought it was a lot but didn't know the normal pricing so I went with it. I got home and my parents look at the receipt and they scammed me! I got ONE tire replaced, but they charged me warranty and insurance on all four tires. Why would they do that for tires they didn't give me and they didn't know if I had warranty/insurance somewhere else? I know why. That nasty ass guy saw a young girl and thought he could scam me, and he did. I will never be coming back here. They are unsanitary and not trustworthy. In case you were wondering, I didn't get my money back because I'm an adult and I signed the paperwork, even though none of it was explained to me. read more

I can certainly recommend this place. It's very clean, tidy and the staff was super attentive with great service - a rarity these days. Replaced all 4 tires, the price was right and they seem mounted and balanced perfectly. Didn't get hit with any surprise charges, pretty straight forward. Knocked off a star for 2 things - 1) When I did a walk around after the job was done, noticed a stud was missing on one tire. They didn't inform me. To be fair, I had locking lug nuts and lost the key, so they had to break off the old ones for me. When I pointed it out, they immediately apologized and made it right. Problem is, they don't do any other repairs, including stud replacement, so sent me to shop next door and they paid. 2). My other small issue is they only sell, mount and balance tires. If you need alignment, brakes, stud replacement, etc, you'll be referred next door. It's a pain, but at least they have zero incentive to upsell you useless services. Overall, really good service and trustworthy. Definitely recommended. read more

Not doing business with them again in the future. Have been back 3 different times and each time was not pleasant. The people they hire are mostly rude and play in the garage like a bunch of kids on a play ground. They are not careful with their customers vehicles (such as throwing the car in drive and taking off before the transmission has time to get into gear), they'll "patch and plug" your tire before they'll even replace it with a new one even though you paid for the protection plan on the tire(s). You're better off paying a few dollars more by taking your car to a real tire store. read more
