I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. It's always pretty busy, and they don't take appointments - it's always first come, first serve - so I usually try to make it in as early as possible, but I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I know that if I drop my car off in the morning, they'll have it ready for me by the end of the day. They are never trying to gauge you on price - many times I have come in expecting to replace a tire and they've told me it's unnecessary; instead, I've left with a tire patched and paid nothing. Because they are so wonderful here, my whole family really makes an effort to bring all the business we can to them. I'd rather deal with Gateway than a dealership any day! We stumbled upon them about five years ago and we will continue to bring our cars to them as long as they stay in business.

All the staff seems to have the worst attitudes and I am not sure if it's racially motivated but I am uncomfortable. There were people that came after me but got their vehicle back before me.
