It was his willingness to work around my schedule and ultimately by replacing 20-plus dual pane argon filled windows, without damaging my stucco and or interior wooden shutters. Jason replaced my windows by replacing the glass inserts without altering the frames! During this process (completed in one day)!!!! I decided to have him install two shower doors, a full size tub as well as full size walk-in shower. Both showers door's are of 3/8th thickness, very solid, high end product and with a crew of professionals to complete an accurate and one time install. Jason and crew are Pro's, personable, approachable and an honest hard working group of guys! Jason works with suppliers to reduce cost, expedite deliveries and fight for me when scheduling became an issue. Rhodehouse, saved the day by meeting strict and rigged time schedules and constraints and always keeping me apprised of what and when to expect things to occur! If you buy a house, you may not know who installed it. Last week Wednesday (1/7) I called because we had a mini-split installed (DIY) and I was told that before you turn it on, have an HVAC company come out and test it, check the pressure in the lines and then turn it on. When I called, the nice lady on the phone said that they do not diagnose or work on equipment unless they have done the installation. OK, no problem, I called their "sweet" competitor and they sent out a technician within 48 hours to do the job. 2 stars only because the lady on the phone was nice, although again, I am shocked that a service company will not do service calls

I think most companies receive their products from the same few dealers out of the area, so all of the other factors - sales, recommendations, follow-up, and installation are where Steve's really shines. Their salesman was a zero-pressure, information-forward gentleman who provided plenty of options and recommendations that would fit our front door and window setup. The front desk staff/logistics/admin were friendly, happy to chat with us, and flexible when it came to scheduling and planning. The installers are absolutely top-notch - these really feel like "local guys from the neighborhood" who care about making sure their work is here to last and be permanent. Just because the main offices aren't in Sacramento doesn't mean they don't care about each customer, regardless of where they're located. The final product is absolutely top notch, and we use everything on a regular basis. We get compliments and have sent friends to Steve's for referrals.
