They also offer a house tea that goes along with the name Choublak (which the owner Marcus mentioned means hibiscus). The tea contains sorrel and is definitely worth trying if you visit. Another thing I appreciated was seeing a hands-on owner. Marcus is both the owner and the chef, and it shows in the attention to the food and the way he interacts with customers. I then searched for Taco Namas #1 independently and could not find any restaurant by that name on Google, Yelp, or anywhere else I searched.
