    Griot complet with white rice.

My husband and I come here all the time for takeout. We enjoy the fish and Griot Complet. This place serves great quality portions! Sometimes it is so much I have food for the next day depends on my appetite. It's so adorable and my favorite Haitian spot out of all Florida. Lu

A little hole in the wall. But the food is good. Ordered the griot complete. $11.50. Lots of food for lunch. Hot sauce is great. Pleased with the food. Cleanliness could be better.

The plantains are too hard and they should honestly put more onions with the chicks, the chicken is cooked too well done. It was alright but I've had better Haitian food. It's not original

The chunks of griot are big, the plantains are crispy and the rice and peas are delicious! How could you go wrong?! My husband and I travel to this location from south broward because it is just that good! It is a small, quiet restaurant located in the middle of a strip mall if you're looking to dine in.

The ambiance is that of a fast casual restaurant with and order counter and tables lining the outer perimeter of the restaurant. There are TVs playing as well. The service wasn't particularly friendly, the two ladies up front seemed more interested in chatting than helping me with the menu. The lunch special came with a soda but they do not offer diet soda and they will not substitute bottled water. I walked in for pickup, and the two lunches probably took 15-20 minutes to be prepared. My husband got the griot, which was flavorful but dry. I got the stewed chicken which was slightly overcooked and underseasoned. I did enjoy the fried smashed plantains, but the rice and beans tasted weirdly ashy? We barely touched those. The pikliz was only ok. Overall, I would not return as I was disappointed.

Everything tasted well seasoned and made with care. My o ly issue was the macaroni was sooo cold, as if they didn't even bother to warm it up and the griot was really dry. Overall, If you are looking for great Haitian cuisine that leaves you full and somewhat satisfied, this spot is definitely worth a visit.
