I didn't realize this until I was almost done with my plate (after I got home). The legume had turned completely within 2 hours of purchasing it. Of course i ended up falling ill that evening and into the next day. I'm usually pretty understanding, with restaurants, but this has now been imbedded into my brain so I'll never be able to return to this restaurant. I'm not sure if they gave me a two day old legume, but it definitely was not made the day I purchased it.
