I was horrified at how sloppily and uneven my nails were painted by a guy it seemed like came off the street. I asked them to be redone since it was a special occasion until ultimately the owner looked at my hands and had to step in. Now, Meet Caleen. I wish I had known about this place sooner!! I had to get my ring resized so wanted a manicure again. She painfully worked with my now short, broken, stubby nails (resulting from the technique at the other salon) and turned them into presentable photogenic fingers!! I was treated as a client instead of just another number. She took her time to be very meticulous and precise. She is a true artist who cares about her quality work. She actually did my nails so they would look better as they grew out which is happening! It's been over a week and my polish hasn't chipped at all whereas before it was peeling off after a few days. I am beyond impressed and surprised that she even exists! The design was poorly executed, the nails were uneven and bulky in areas, and overall the quality of the work was disappointing. And one of her fingers was actually bleeding during the service. More concerning, a day after the appointment her finger became red, swollen, and painful. We had to take her to the doctor, where she was prescribed antibiotics and a medicated cream. The doctor confirmed the infection was caused by the nail appointment. We are now a week and 3 days out from the appointment, and she is still suffering and trying to nurse her finger back to health. This has been painful, stressful, and completely unacceptable over a manicure. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and technique. The salon initially told me they would issue a full refund because of the situation, but only partially refunded us and did not follow through on what was promised. Between the poor quality of the design, the infection, and the lack of accountability afterward, this was a really disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

I asked for a…read moreconsultation before I got my brows done, they told me to pop in whenever and then they weren't even around. I showed up to my appointment and asked for a natural bushy brow, she waxed one side of my face nearly clean off. I have 90's style brows now, I grew my brows out for a month before I came in, and now I'm back to square one or less actually.... Very disappointed. I even spoke up about it not being anything like I asked and still paid $30 because the tech was being very defiant and wouldn't apologize. I'd leave a before and after photo but I'm honestly embarrassed to be wearing the brows she gave me. Thanks a lot!
