The design was poorly executed, the nails were uneven and bulky in areas, and overall the quality of the work was disappointing. And one of her fingers was actually bleeding during the service. More concerning, a day after the appointment her finger became red, swollen, and painful. We had to take her to the doctor, where she was prescribed antibiotics and a medicated cream. The doctor confirmed the infection was caused by the nail appointment. We are now a week and 3 days out from the appointment, and she is still suffering and trying to nurse her finger back to health. This has been painful, stressful, and completely unacceptable over a manicure. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and technique. The salon initially told me they would issue a full refund because of the situation, but only partially refunded us and did not follow through on what was promised. Between the poor quality of the design, the infection, and the lack of accountability afterward, this was a really disappointing experience. I would not recommend.
