If I could do a 4.5 I would. Really excellent service. The nails look fantastic (I did Dip). A few ouchies on my hand and foot but other than that really great job. They seemed to be in a hurry and didn't take as long as the online booking said it was going to take. THE GNATS?? The smell? Me and everyone else in there being swarmed by gnats was disgusting. Last time I was here it was so clean, I don't know how it changed so fast? The smell is awful and probably what's causing the gnats. It is not clean at all. The pedicure massage was a joke honestly. I have dead gnats on me as I type this from slapping myself in the salon. Insane. They also reuse everything from one client to the next. Just not sanitary. read more

This is my new go to nail salon. I have struggled for years to find a quality nail salon on the Cape and this place delivers. It's very clean and well decorated. The staff are all very friendly and professional. They also have extra precautions in place including shields and all the staff wear masks. I decided to try this salon because I had moved recently and it was nearby. To preface, there was only one other customer in the salon when I had my appointment. Most of the staff was sitting using their phones and talking amongst themselves. Right off the bat, the woman doing my nails acted like this was all a massive inconvenience to her. I nicely asked for her opinion on different options, and she basically said "It's up to you." I had wanted to do something different and get some suggestions. When she shut that down, I decided to go with what I usually get at the salon I had been going to before- ombré french dip. She said she couldn't do that. When dremmeling my nails, she caught my skin multiple times making me bleed. I don't know what the problem was. The overwhelming vibe she was giving off was like I had killed her puppy or something. This was my first time there and I was polite and friendly when I made the appointment, checking in and talking to her. Overall completely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Decided to have a self care day while out on vacation, hidden gem honestly! Staff is extremely friendly and was able to make two appointments in one day easily. Originally went there for just a pedicure but they did such a nice job I came back an hour later for a manicure. Pricing was very nice as well, $32 for the pedicure and $35~ for the manicure (minus design, taxes and tip of course). 100% will go there again when I visit Cape Cod again and recommend highly. My toe with cut during cuticle cutting and the side of my foot when cleaning with exfoliating bar. Toe would not stop bleeding (not on blood thinner). I went in as a walk-in for a gel manicure, and Tony was so kind to do it for me, I normally see Mimi, she's the best, but I will say these two are the best nail artists in the area. Called and made a reservation. Was welcomed, picked out my colors from a well maintained selection. The chairs are all really comfortable and clean. What makes this spot different from most nail salons is the calming effect. I hate listening to the news for a few hours while I get my nails done. Here they have one tv and it circulates pictures of wonders of the world. The staff all seemed happy and cheerful. No one was rude or pushy even though it was the end of the day. I have had fantastic mani and pedis here for as long as this business has been open. I truly believe in supporting local. Unfortunately this will be the end of my support of this business. Today I had the worst manicure pedicure ever in my life- older woman who I have not seen at the establishment before was my technician. She almost took off half my toes when she was using the nail file and then lumped on the nail polish so thick on both my hands and toes that it dried lumpy and is all over my cuticles. I called immediately after to speak with the owner because I did not want to embarrass the technician and she completely denied any problems and said this technician use to own her own business which I find so hard to believe and that is probably why she is now working at a nail salon that is not her own. I asked her to credit my card and she claims that she does not know how to do that. I have never been so disappointed before in my life. read more

This is probably the best pedicure I've ever had. I usually get a pedicure once a month and I've gone all over cape cod. This nail salon is very clean. They have 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure chairs. The decor is very pretty. I got the basic pedicure. My nail tech massaged my legs for about 10 minutes and used not towels which was really nice. She was very attentive and took her time with my pedi. They have the whole Zoya polish line which is a very clean line with tons of colors. They do have a 12 hour cancellation policy which is understandable. I highly recommend this salon. read more

I went for a gel manicure and got the owner, She was rude, nasty and did not do my manicure so the polish was close to the cuticle. But she was convenient. Went back and she had the gall and stupidity to say she has no record of my appointment!!! I had called only two or three days ago. My review is very much like Alyssa's. Same technician and on her phone the entire time. I went to relax and have attention paid to my toes and nails! Not relaxing when you have no choice but listen to somebody chatting away wielding cuticle clippers chopping away at your toes. Anyway, I picked out a nice pink for my toes, they said it was a gel so they would match it with regular. I trusted them but I know I should have spoken up when I saw the neon pink. My fault I guess but I felt funny interrupting her phone call! Makes no sense, I know. My manicure was terrible too. She roughly filed my nails after they were dry so they are rough and catch on everything. Still on the line, but when she came out of her phone coma for a second she saw my man (who is two years older than me) waving through the window and asked if that was my SON. Dear Mrs. Technician: Don't ever ask that. So, after the tip I was $90 in the hole, felt like an old woman, had neon pink toes with polish all over my cuticle, and an unwanted "Babble" lesson. It stinks when your choices of salons are: the one whose owner sneezes in her hand, doesn't wash and keeps working on you, the salon who gave you a major finger infection from non-sterile tools, and this one. read more
