I've been coming here off and on over the years and the only not great experience I had was once during a pedicure where the technician cut the cuticle around my toe really deep to the point it was slightly bleeding. Other than that, I have been VERY happy with the services here. And today, Ella did her thing!! The pedicure and manicure was PERFECT and she was patient with finding the matching colors for the gel and dip that I wanted. You can look at the pictures. This is what was done for pedicure and gel manicure. I got a paraffin wax for my hands and she kept almost spilling over the counter. I have wax on my arms. It's my birthday- I wanted something special and was left with that. Wasted my time. It was especially dark inside so you can't really see your nails well. *update* went back in to get the nail polish removed and redone. Posting the picture of those as well (dark colors I originally asked for, couldn't find the black color) The irritation on my big toes is from the first person who did the purple sparkles and red I have to now worry about infections. I can't wear closed toe shoes because it hurts so much. I've opted for flip flops and bandages. Let me preface by saying I've been coming here for a few years, it's been my go to salon and I'm not usually a review leaver. I bring my family/friends sometimes for pedicures. I've been very happy and the prices were great. However, over the last few months I've noticed a decline in service, quality, and higher prices. I've left multiple times unhappy. They're almost always out of what I ask for but hey that's not a huge deal. This past time pushed it over the edge for me. I went for a 4part pedicure. The woman left and came back without asking me which scent I would like and brought something random. I asked her to choose and everything was "out." She left to get my like 5th choice and she came back with something totally different and something else that was $5 extra. The whole pedicure went on it was fine, the massage was nice. The woman doing them seemed annoyed the whole time. She started shaping and trimming my toenails and they're not even at all and they're very short to the point where she tried to do more shaping and it hurts. Then she put the alcohol on them twice to clean the lotion off and it burns both times. Now the polish, this was such a bad job. There's polish all over me and they look so terrible. At the end, I tried to speak with her about being unhappy and that I frankly didn't have time to get them fixed and they hurt. They offered $5 off but this was just such a bad job that I stated if they charged me anything I would not be coming back. They then spoke in a different language back and forth seeming angry. The man I was speaking to offered $20 off so I just put the money on the counter and left. I will not be coming back here again. I don't appreciate anything about this experience and now I have to find a new shop. read more

I normally come to this nail salon to get my eyebrows waxed because they're affordable and always do a great job, no matter who I go to -- I've always trusted them. But today was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The lady who did my eyebrows only used two wax strips and then shaved the rest of my eyebrows with an actual razor blade, not even plucking was involved. It's a nice place, plenty of space, but the quality of the services has gone down hill. I used to love this place but the last 3x I've gone it's been horrible. They charge so much for a spa pedicure but they half-ass everything and also rush you. They don't even massage, they slather some lotion on your, rub it around, throw some "warm" towels on your legs that's supposed to be hot, and you're legs are cold within a couple minutes. Then they want you to balance your feet on the pad, with the hot towels on, having the callus remover on the bottom of your feet and then placing a piece of slippery plastic under your feet so you don't touch the towel, while getting your nails painted, and balancing one foot with a dryer and the other getting painted. It's not relaxing at all. I felt like I was in a circus. Not to mention - Employees who are sick, still come into work, coughing and sneezing all over their clients. They don't bother to wear masks, they don't even offer you one. Wiping their nose with their arm, going to blow their nose & not washing their hands. I went last week for a mani and pedi and both of my nail techs were sick. Guess who has been out of work because of the flu? I should've been rude and spoke up the second they started coughing and sneezing on me. Aren't they supposed to be licensed for a reason? Anyways, go somewhere else. Every technician I have had has been professional and friendly and I have never been disappointed no matter which technician I have. The prices are reasonable with tons of options for pedicures and scents. They can even use the hot stones for massage! The online booking is super easy and you can request your favorite technician. I've been coming here for about 7 years , but over the last year the service and quality have really gone down hill. I recently went and got a pedicure. The lady who did it was extremely rushed , cut me several times by attempting to file my cuticles with a nail file by pressing and scrapping extremely hard into my skin . Didn't apologize or stop . She cut my toenails down extremely short as well. She rushed my polish , didn't clean up around nail beds or the polish she got on my skin . I had to have her redo several toes & finally I just accepted that it was the best I was going to get & left extremely unsatisfied and with cuts on my toes. I am SHOCKED at the bad reviews. This place is wonderful, however, the staff treats you as you do them. I have been a customer with Deluxe for years. I have been serviced by many of the staff and of the 100+ times I've been here, maybe two services were unsatisfactory. I've had the staff cater to me in so many ways. Whether that be to have two people working to get me in and out faster, to coming up with intricate designs, and even hand mixing custom dips. If it is within their schedule and means of supply they are always willing to serve. Over the years I've taken my pick of preference with the techs. My favorites were Sunny, Tan and Rachel (who have relocated), and Eric! You will never find the right tech if you don't have patience. I have very long natural nails and I have an allergy to monomer. They cater to both and my nails have become so healthy and look amazing every time I leave Deluxe! Who you choose depends on your style for that visit. Not to mention they completely slay at doing eyebrows. For pedi, the volcano and herbal spas are a must. For a more relaxing visit, make an appointment or come on a weekday. read more

Went in to get a couple chipped nails fixed and the woman who "fixed" them couldn't have been bothered to fix it. She left it looking crooked and overly painted. I had paid $100 for nails and toes and the nails chipped within a few days. I definitely will not be back. This is so unnecessary to let a customer walk out with nails like this. read more

So my friend Sharon bring me here today with friend for our "Me time and bonding. It was nice! We had a relaxing pedicure and a manicure! They also have a lot of options but I pick # 1 and all gel polish plus free waxing for eyebrow and all cost $85! Not bad at all! The eyebrow is only free on Monday to Wednesday! They also had a free drink which nice and refreshing! The place is look fancy and clean which I like! The service I had from Cindy is amazing she is so nice and really knows what she's doing and working for 8yrs! She really take care of me and so professional! She even offer me a free drinks without me asking first she's also good in massaging my feet! It is so relaxing!. I like her and definitely will go back and ask for her to do my nails again!. The pedicure started to finish lasted 30 minutes for $35. The color selection was good, warm/hot water in the spas was excellent, foot massages were decent, and the free water infused fruit beverage was nice. The time felt rushed, the detail in removing calluses was poor, my feet felt more dry when I first arrived, the polish was slapped on and not cleaned off around the skin or edges. Overall nice looking place, but I'm definitely not going to come back. I could have painted my own nails, and it would have looked more professional. read more

Booked in the beginning on June before my vacation with cynthia. I requested pink & white nails (there was a coupon on the site i wanted to use), emphasizing i wanted white tips. i showed cynthia an example picture (attached) and asked if she can imitate the gold line. Cynthia instead painted the french tip. I was then charged for "extra long nails", and $15 for the "design" that she enforced by painting the tips white. Another issue is the lack of hygiene. Not sure why so many typical tacky nail salons don't see the issue of reusing unclean tools. it is evident that every single tool used on my nails was not clean. Deluxe Nails used to be my favorite nail spot. I love how many gel and shellac color options they have compared to other nail shops in the area. They recently moved next door to a larger building. Which i must say is beautiful!! Very top notch... It looks clean inside and its spacious. Thats the good stuff!! With that said some of the people who work there are rude. Not everyone, but there are a few unprofessional ones in there. That includes the manager. We've bumped heads in the past. They all quote different prices and sometimes are sloppy trying to rush through the service. The fact that they will talk on their cell phones during a service is uncalled for. Unless its an emergency, they can take calls afterwards. Especially if you're paying $40-$50 for one service. I just think if their going to have such a beautiful establishment the employees should represent that. They have a ton of coupons at the front desk, but I've only ever been charged the regular price. Kinda misleading to have useless coupons. The lady who did my nails rushed through it, didn't offer a hand massage, or apply cuticle oil afterwards. I guess everyone does their own thing. Smh. She messed up 2 of my nails and she wasn't going to say anything if i hadn't mentioned it. I have like 2 fav nail techs in there who actually seem to care. The others wanna get as many people in as they can and keep it moving. I'm going to return once more in hopes the next nail tech i get is professional and does a good job. Otherwise I'll have to just do them at home... If the owner really cares she'd take constructive criticism into consideration and make some improvements. Like training her techs on etiquette. This was my first time coming here and I will not be returning. SHORT VERSION: rushed, rude, do not recommend. I came in and the lady at the counter told me to sign in but I didn't hear her and when I asked her to repeat herself she gave me attitude. On top of that I had called and made a reservation and when I got there they had no record of it. When I picked my nail polish a worker came up to me and I showed her that I wanted a design on my ring finger ( a snake) and she said that she would take someone else instead which I thought was a little odd but okay. I wait for another worker who wants to do my nails and I go sit down. I show her what I want (black nails and a black snake on ring finger) and I tell her I just want this design. She immediately walks away and was like you want a full set and being rude about it. I was like that's not what I want. I just want the design. I had picked out my nail polish but she went back and picked other colors? I picked black but she gave me a navy blue which I only noticed when I was in the natural light outside. She also got polish on my skin. The whole time I just felt like The worker was rushing to finish. When my nails were under the UV light my thumb wasn't drying how she wanted it to so she had me put my hand in this position to fix it but it didn't work and she was like It's the way you're putting your hand in. ( how can you do it wrong?) . For the design I asked for a snake and she said she could do it... it was not a snake. I specifically said I wanted a snake. I went there with 2 of my friends and their nails were probably done in max. 10 minutes. Very rushed. Lastly at the very end she put lotion on my hands probably spent about 10 seconds on each she went that fast and said done. The lotion wasn't even mixed in. Just a glob of lotion on my arms. Always just book an appointment online, but you'll still wait another 15 mins. despite an appointment because they're either busy or having staff shortages. The nail techs all get to business though, so I usually watch a few Youtube shows, listen to a podcast, or have a playlist select to decompress and relax. If you're doing a pedicure, expect to spend $45 (before tip) and 45 mins-1 hr between wait time and getting your feet worked on. My toes last the full 2-3 weeks, so I can't complain on quality. If you have an issue, just bring it up to your tech, and they'll either ease up if you're in pain or fix something if you dislike it. Never had a problem, and I watch others do this all the time. I got my first gel manicure here, and I loved it. I have strong nails since I don't like getting them done, but I figured why not with my coworkers' encouragement and a trip coming up. My french tips would've last longer than 3 weeks, but I couldn't continue with the long nails. I did book an appointment for a removal and mani, and it came out to $35. I know gel removal costs extra, so it isn't free. I saw they have a policy on the gel and dip powder nails to repair within 3 days if it chips, so that's nice! I am a regular since it's close, and I feel like everyone's reasonable and kind. It's affordable for simple designs or for a single, so I can't speak on flashier designs you might find online. read more
