1 STAR -- BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING HERE
I strongly regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. What happened during my purchase raised serious concerns about transparency, pricing, financing, and the way customers are treated when they question the numbers.
On July 18, 2026, I purchased a vehicle that was advertised for $18,995. I have proof of that price from the dealership's website and CarGurus.
During the purchase, I was told the extended warranty cost $3,000 and that it covered 100,000 additional miles. However, when I received my final paperwork, the vehicle price was $19,990, while the extended warranty was listed as only $2,000.
I immediately questioned the extra $1,000. I was told that the $1,000 had been added to the vehicle price because I supposedly did not qualify with the bank. That explanation made no sense to me, and nobody was able to clearly explain where that money went.
Then I found a $696 GAP insurance charge on my paperwork. I specifically said I did NOT want GAP insurance. I was told that GAP was mandatory because the bank required it.
I called the bank two days later to verify this information. The bank told me that GAP was NOT mandatory and that I could cancel it.
I also contacted the warranty company to cancel the extended warranty. They confirmed that I could cancel it and that the refund would be $2,000. When I told them I had been told at the dealership that I had paid $3,000 for the warranty, they confirmed again that the warranty itself was $2,000.
At this point, I had legitimate questions about a $1,000 difference that nobody could explain.
I went back to the dealership to cancel GAP and the warranty and to get an explanation.
Instead of receiving answers, I was treated with "I was treated in a disrespectful and confrontational manner by the finance manager . He yelled at me, repeatedly told me that I "didn't understand," and spoke to me as if I were stupid for questioning the paperwork.
I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I was asking for a clear explanation of my own money and my own contract.
I left the dealership without a credible explanation.
This is not how a customer should be treated.
My advice to anyone considering buying a vehicle here: DO NOT simply take their word for it. Check every number yourself. Get everything in writing. Verify what the bank actually requires. Review every warranty and GAP charge carefully before signing.
I have documentation supporting the advertised vehicle price and documentation from the bank and warranty company regarding GAP and the warranty.
A car purchase is a major financial decision. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect--not confusing explanations, undisclosed differences, and aggressive treatment when they ask questions.
Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this dealership. read more
