I tend to be very demanding with my interior car washes. Earlier today I pulled up in a mass of traffic at 7pm requesting a detailed cleaning of my vehicle. Even though it was busy and late the detail manager Terry @ location 1805 got my truck in and they cleaned the thing spotless. (He wears a black Brickyard jacket and has light brown hair). Justin has the most wonderful customer service I have ever received. And I can say this because I have worked in the customer service/restaurant industry my entire life. Not only does Justin make my drink correctly (none of the other workers can) he does it with a smile on his face. 99% of the time when I come in Justin is busy working on something else and will stop what he is doing just to make my drink. I went down for an interior cleaning Monday. I was gladly convinced to go with the 30-minute clean, as it seemed like a good deal. Vacuum, glass clean, air freshener sold the deal for me. The job was a little choppy. I had to ask for the air freshener at the end and for them to wipe the glass, which they did half of. A normal gas station, in my view. They have a decent selection of food and drink in the Delta Sonic part. Dunkin Donuts and the Brick Oven are there too. All are pretty mediocre in the quality of food - and a lack of fruit, vegetarian, and healthier options. Their pizza, form the Brick Oven part, is very cheaply made and the tomato sauce seems to just be pasta sauce of some sort - with the same buffalo sugar aspect. I wish I could give less than one star. I just bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze from the dealership on 9/18/17. I was so excited to have a new car and was feeling very protective of it; even wiping off fingerprints after anybody touched it. About two days later, on 9/21/17, I decided to take it in to Delta Sonic for a wash (as I have an unlimited monthly membership and had been coming here regularly with my previous vehicle.) I went through the car wash and, as I sat in line waiting to have it towel dried, I looked at my windshield and noticed a chip!!! A chip in the windshield of my new car that I bought TWO DAYS BEFORE and had meticulously inspected before and after driving every day!!! I knew for a fact that my windshield was chipped in their car wash! So I asked for a manager and he took pictures and had me fill out a claim form, reassuring me that everything would be taken care of. However, today I got a letter telling me that they had denied my claim!?!?! THEY CHIPPED THE WINDSHIELD ON MY BRAND NEW CAR AND THEY"RE ESSENTIALLY TELLING ME "IT"S NOT THEIR PROBLEM!!!!! I have been a customer at Delta Sonic for years, however, after this experience, not only will I never go there again, I will do everything in my power to deter everyone I know from going there until this problem is rectified. Big and bright, loads of pumps, huge oil change station and car wash. Plenty of food options, snacks, beers, water, coffee, etc. Disappointed in the customer service at this particular location however because I recently came in hoping that I could get my oil topped off before a big trip. I came in around 5:40 on a Sunday night, knowing they closed at 6. I did not call ahead to make an appointment because this was a last minute need, but knew the job would take about 2 or 3 minutes. I walked into the customer service center and the desk was empty. Fortunately, there were at least 5 or 6 guys working in the service station who saw me waiting at the desk. I made eye contact with each one of them and they ignored me. Not one person came to the service desk to see what I needed help with. I ended up walking out. Not sure if it, "Wasn't their job" to help out customers or if they were avoiding me since they only had to be at work for an additional 20 minutes and did not want to start a new project. I recently got a full synthetic oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour! I have had to wait longer at other places where I made an appointment. The service guy was so personable and friendly! The price with tax was about $65. While it's higher than a similar service at a mechanic shop, including a Super Kiss car wash balances it out and makes the convenience of a fast oil change worth it. read more

Its a HUGE gas station/rest stop/Delta Sonic. The employees of Delta Sonic are always nice and extremely helpful. I have an unlimited car wash package from them so this is my go to location because I literally live 1 block away from here. Once I drove in with front tires having relatively less air and it was pretty visible too. Unknown to this fact, I pulled up to the car wash and one of the employees pointed it out and said I'd be better off doing that first and then driving back in. He led me to the air station and filled up the air for me even though I insisted on doing it on my own. I handed him a $5 note for his help. In my books, no amount of money can actually top this act of kindness, regardless how small it is. I saw him light up like Christmas when I handed him the note and gave him a hug. This incident definitely ranks in the top 5 nicest things done for me. Anyways, maybe I'm a little biased towards this location after that incident but even since then, I've yet to come across a rude employee. Big ups, DS! read more

I was headed into the store to ask one of the cashiers for help because I couldn't get my card to work at the pump, a young man was walking by the pumps and I got his attention. Once he had gotten closer I realized he had a container of food and was probably on break but Diontae one of the mangers insisted on helping me. I'm very appreciative for that. I frequent this location often. I just left. Entire passenger seat full of crumbs when they came to get me saying your vehicle is ready. On Delaware Avenue, they have a inspector person inspect the vehicle before they come get you. Well, maybe they were rushing as usual at the main st location. This is for the lube shop and the detail shop- I had a full detail on my car inside and out , oil change and other services at the lube shop. I am sooo pleased with how good I was treated, I felt like a valued customer. They were so patient with all of my picky requests and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied once they were done I felt like a "regular" and I just started going there. Let me start off by saying my complaint is with the claims department, and the fact that I have a $1,000 estimate to fix whats damaged. The people at the wash are nice enough, the managers I talked to were very nice, but the claims department is less than helpful. During a car wash on their conveyor belt, my car was sent into the one in front of me. There was damage and after filing a claim, Delta said they weren't responsible, even though the conveyor belt wasn't functioning properly, the drying lanes weren't moving, and the incident was captured on their camera. After I talked to the other person's insurance (who was also in the car wash and couldn't pull out because Delta Sonic failed to keep the drying lanes open), they too said they were not at fault, and instead Delta Sonic was. After calling the Delta claims department , I have been hung up on, blamed, and was finally told "Bring us to small claims court" which I can only assume is a tactic to make me just go away. Several years years I have gone to Delta Sonic both here and Erie, PA, all coming to an end because Delta caused $1,000 in damage and in return gave me a $25 gift card and essentially told me see you in court. Very professional and a shame that a majority, but not all, of those in customer service respond to reasonable calls in the same manner as a child with an attitude problem. read more

I had an oil change and was about to get a tire rotation when the attendant notified me that the tires did not need a rotation based on the wear of the tires.
