This long-time locally owned business is the best! I have used them for years for window and screen door repairs.

The owner came out to assess and he was great. Then everything went downhill from there. - Once the glass was ready, they scheduled a day to install. The day off install they called and said they got the glass wrong and need to get a new one and reschedule. - I ALWAYS have to call for status and to schedule. They never called me or called me back. - We scheduled 4 times and they canceled 4 times with different excuses. - At the end (2 months after the first glass was ready) they were talking discounts and reschedule when the glass was ready. What?!!!! The glass isn't ready after all this time (talked about a flaw in the glass or something). I was done with them. read more

Called for a quote for residential work. After being told I would be provided a quote upon receipt of an email, I was then told they are too busy to accommodate and did not want the work. When asked for other references or business that they recommend I was told: "I don't know. Call around" Unprofessional and rude - do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money with a business that promote this behavior. read more

Both my wife and I are very excited with our new shower door professionally installed by Mark and facilitated by Patty. We had a lot of questions and Patty guided us through the whole process, she was very thorough, professional, and responsive. We love how are door turned out and we appreciated how meticulous Mark was during the installation. You can tell Mark does quality work, is knowledgeable, and has a sense of pride in his workmanship. Delta replaced the glass on 5 windows and 2 sliding doors that had gone foggy. They did a perfect job. Every window/door looks brand new and fits perfectly. I have high-end windows (Low E, double pane with internal white grids). It does take some time for the glass to arrive after measurements are taken, so be forewarned. Measurements were taken July 1 and installation occurred Aug 10-11. This is beyond Delta's control; it is taking longer than usual for them to get glass from the supplier. It was worth the wait. The rooms are so much brighter and the views nicer with the new glass. Besides doing a high quality job, both the installer and the office staff were wonderfully friendly, well organized and kept me informed on status. Definitely would hire them again. read more

My dog ran into my sliding screen door and bent one of the vertical frame pieces, so I called Delta Glass on Freedom Blvd. to come take a look. While they came right out and pickedup my door, I waited a week w/ no update. I finally called to see about my door and, just like that, my screen door is ready to be delivered and installed. The guys that delivered and installed the door were great, however, they presented me w/ a bill for $342!?! Extruded aluminum must have taken a recent steep jump in price?! Very poor customer service! I had a custom project and had to keep calling to see if they could do it. When I finally got an answer. It was plain and simply stated "Noo we don't do that" No we don't do that.... Wow I expected to get some feed back on what would work but nothing. They must not need the business. read more

Took screen door there on Tuesday. Agreed on METAL screen as I have animals. Guy said it would be done by tomorrow. I said I will return on Thursday to get it. Waited untik Friday to go get it and it wasn't done. Different guy said, "It usually takes a week." Lady said it would be done around noon. I came back at 3:05pm on Friday to find them closed tighter than a drum. Came back on Monday and got screen and it was cloth screen. Still charged same though I think cloth was cheaper. read more

This place is outstanding. Linda and Patti coordinated the work and glass delivery from a distributor in San Bernadino, CA and - did so with seamless teamwork. Panorama one piece windshields for a Class A motorhome are notoriously difficult to replace because of their size/weight, and Delta Glass did so flawlessly. Dropped the motorhome off on Monday morning and picked it up on Tuesday afternoon as the glass epoxy needs to cure for 24-hours. Linda and Patti know who they are working for, maintained a collaborative teamwork relationship with the glass supplier and got the job done quickly and professionally. Excellence in action and knowing why! Keep it going, I will do all my business at this Freedom location in the future without hesitation. These folks do the tough jobs. read more

We have louvered windows which are not common anymore. The screens need adjusting and replacing in some cases. I had such positive and pleasant interactions with the employees there. Went to them to get a quote for a commercial door spoke to a woman named patty terrible customer service skills. Two weeks later and still no call about quote. Called and even went over there to get any info she just kept putting it off. Needless to say wont ever go there again.. read more

They fixed our screen doors and screen windows but it took them a week longer than they stated. So it took about two weeks to have 1 screen door and 3 screens for windows repaired. read more

Dropped off a screen for re-screening and requested a visit to repair some hard-sliding doors and windows. "Augie" arrived right on time as promised. Installed the "new" screen and made various adjustments and treatments to fix the sliding problems. He was polite, friendly, and wasted no time getting the job done. Now we need some glass replaced. Every time I've used delta they have been the best! I've tried different shops in the Santa Cruz county but never had a shop with as good of quality efficiency and service as these guys. These guys make the rest of the shops look like clowns. They did some shower work for me and random glass things for my friends and everyone was absolutely amazed with their costumer service and their work! Delta glass is the best around. I've dealt with them on 5 occasions and they were always fast, efficient and incredibly reasonable. I have purchased glass to replace a window myself on a few occasions. Purchased glass for a china cabinet, had them replace a fixed window at my house on a service call and have had them custom cut and install auto glass. They are a class act all around. When I purchased glass to replace my own window they threw in the little spikey things that retain the glass for free! Thanks Delta glass! read more
