Because they use the latest technology their technicians are always learning and in turn the representatives and us as customers. They have never failed to answer any of our questions about settings. Larry Love at Peak Alarm has given us exceptional customer service and has never failed to follow through, always looking out for our best interest as a customer as far as our needs and also cost. There was no sales pressure and like we said after all of our research, everything they had to say about their products ad service was just icing on the cake. If you need a system or anything else, give Larry a call and tell him that Lizzy Wilson sent you. Again, I do not work for them, nor do I sell for them, we are just extremely satisfied customers that went through a lot of research on our own for a very long time, before getting the peace of mind our system finally brought us. We called to change the account owner to his widow and continue same service. They said she had to have her own account. They didn't reveal it was a completely new contract with different terms, different charges, and required paying the full contract to cancel. They violated the Consumer Protection Act. We only found out when the bill was double and tried to cancel. They doubled the bill again after we called to cancel. While grieving the loss of a military family member, ADT has treated us like a criminal organization looking for easy victims.

We have tried requesting a new time for them to come finish the job and they say oh he will be there in an hour and then he never shows. The office girl Kayden is a joke she hasn't responded to any communication requesting a time to finish the job or a refund. I texted him and still never responded. I called 2 other companies that day and they both had quotes for my gate opener needs by late afternoon. Dave at Tri City came out to do an onsite walk around, suggested a system that was not only cost effective, but also the right fit for me. I was convinced that he was going to suggest a sensor on every window, which would have cost a lot, instead he suggested a system that was a little smaller, more cost effective, and not too big for me. It was around what I expected to pay: $500. He did not try to over sell me with equipment and services I did not need. No cameras, no uber high end pricey equipment. He told me what he thought I needed, gave me a few options, and then let me make my decision. When his tech, Jim, came out to install he was courteous and respectful of my time. He had every component he needed for my install, made good use of his time, and was able to install everything in less time that I was told. He even came back out when the cable company made a change to my phone service and reconfigured my alarm. Here is the thing about alarm systems, though. There are so many local places who will give you the equipment for free and then charge an outrageous monitoring fee and lock you into a contract; worse than cell phone contracts if you ask me. I paid for my equipment, my monitoring fee is very reasonable, the service is great, and the monitoring is done locally. I loved my experience with Tri City and am sure I will be with my alarm company for many many years. I feel safe and secure in my home ... alone ... with no one to love me. But that is a review for another time and venue! Call Dave, he'll take care of you.
