I think for years their success has benefited from being in an area without many other pizza and takeout options, but this has not made them complacent because they are consistent and everything on their menu has been pretty good, especially their hoagies. Agostini's closing is the best thing to ever happen to this place, as since they've started making their own dough, their 16 inch round has elevated Laura's from being a pretty good pizza place to being an outstanding pizza place. Making homemade shells is obviously more labor intensive, but whatever they're doing now, it's worth it. Also, their online ordering system is very easy to use. P.S. - Whenever they are offering their shrimp po-boy, get it.

Three different staff members asked if we needed drink refills during our time at the restaurant. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and worked very well together. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The exterior is also well maintained and nicely landscaped with colorful flowers. We will be repeat customers. We enjoyed our time there. I was surprised that when I picked it up, there were two full pizza boxes. The pizza is a fried Sicilian, not too thick, with tasty sauce and cheese and lots of onions. (You can also order without onions.) The slices on the edges and corners are the best! Very good pizza . About $34 for a full tray. The only negatives are that it is takeout and cash only. Walking in, I was greeted by a warm, welcoming staff that instantly made me feel at home. The place radiated nostalgia, with board games and collectibles that weren't just for show--they were the family's own childhood treasures. I kicked things off with an order of spud cakes, served hot and crispy, with sour cream included (nine per order). The sour cream paired perfectly. The deep-dish pizza arrived piping hot, with a crispy crust, generous cheese, flavorful sauce, and onions--filling and delicious. Their extensive menu offers plenty more to explore. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I'll definitely be back to try more. Until next time, be blessed and stay safe.
