How do you force someone to buy your specific locks for $50 when they have their own locks already? That's criminal! I needed the unit because the movers were bringing my stuff the next day. I was in a bind and was forced to pay. When I get there I notice all the other units have different locks not $50 locks!!! Also there is no light in the unit this is 2026 and there is NO LIGHT IN THE UNIT! I will be moving out as fast as I can. What a waste of time and money.

What I appreciated most about my recent experience with Public Storage is the ease of getting into a unit. It was Sunday afternoon and needed to sort something out ASAP. I went online, looked at locations nearby to find the best price and distance for the size I needed. The site was easy to navigate and I choose a locations. I reserved the spot. A few moments later I got a message to get the app and fill out some paperwork. I filled it out easily and and completed the purchased for the space. Not knowing what would happen next I drove over to the the location to drop of stuff. No one was in the office... uh oh. There was a sign on the door that said sign into your app and get all the things you need. Within moments, I had the code to the gate, went to my unit, there was some paperwork on the insurance I got and a lock to lock the unit. ALL AUTOMATED and simple and easy. Nice work Public Storage. Thanks for not over complicating a simple thing as a box to put my stuff in.

But I can't talk to a person on this and keep getting an AI. Even though I received notice they received my move out form, my online account doesn't show that I moved out. Again I received a notice in November that they received my moving out form. We've left the place on November 25th as too dangerous to park a travel trailer there. It's packed like sardines everywhere, and the roadway is only the width of a car.
