From beginning to end, we were immediately immersed in the Wynwood area, and got great stories along the way. We got to see so many beautiful sights around this small niche area and everything was amazing. Our expectations regarding the food were surpassed as well. We initially thought we'd get little nibbles of things here and there, but we were so wrong. We got full sized everything (tacos, samosas, pizza, sandwiches, and cookies)! Bring your appetites, for sure because you won't be disappointed. You won't realize that you're on a tour because you're having so much fun!

I…read morearrived well ahead of time, but after waiting 45 minutes after our start time the guide never showed up at the meeting point. I eventually had to leave. I was told a marathon was impacting traffic, but as a traveler who planned ahead and arrived on time, this is something the company should have anticipated and communicated more clearly. I also spent about $80 in Uber fees just getting to the meeting location, which added to the frustration. To their credit, the guide later connected me with the first food stop and arranged for tacos and issued a full refund, which I appreciated. However, the bigger disappointment was the lost opportunity--I could have booked a drag show or another tour during that time instead of waiting. Customer service tried to make things right after the fact, but better planning, proactive communication, and respect for guests' time would have made a big difference.
