He was like I will text you when it's ready and could not give me a time.The long and the short was he had the attitude that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. SO I DID. I went 5 blocks down the road to Conte Bike shop and the tech had me in and out in 10 minutes and said my tire was fine. $33 and done verses $70 quote and a waste of time. It's not just about a loose bolt or a careless bump, this was a pattern of poor service, lack of attention to detail, and no ownership when things went wrong. After thinking it over while traveling, I eventually made the decision to move forward as I felt very comfortable with Epic Cycles and the responses I received. Shortly after I made the purchase, I received an emailed purchase confirmation as well as follow-on notifications informing me of the bike being shipped out of Epic's Denver location, where the bike was located.
