You can try out a bike in a low traffic area behind their store. Tried out their e-bikes, but opted for a traditional bike. They are real pros and care about doing everything right. After you purchase a bike, they ask you to bring it back for a free checkup to make sure everything is working properly... love that. It's nice to deal with people who care about what they do and bend over backwards to help the customer. That's why they've been in business since 1957. While loading one of the bikes, a young employee broke a speaker cover in my car. Not only was there zero apology, but not even a sliver of acknowledgment or basic human decency. Just awkward silence like nothing had happened. It's not just about a loose bolt or a careless bump, this was a pattern of poor service, lack of attention to detail, and no ownership when things went wrong. For the premium price I paid, I expected professional, buttoned-up service and at least a hint of respect. Instead, I left feeling like a burden for even bringing my business there. Support small businesses, yes. But this one missed the mark completely.

He has fixed road bike hubs, replace worn bottom brackets, convert some of my families bikes to tubeless. The list goes on. I have lived many places and have worked with other bike shops with very good mechanics. Tom is outstanding and he and Marta are so nice and gracious. They know cycling! I moved away from the area and now live 30 min away. I still drive here to get work done that I can't do or have the time to do it. My favorite bike shop in South Florida.

The owner, Kyle, made our non-pressure shopping experience simple with all my answers provided in laymen terms, which I appreciated. As a person that has never used an electric bicycle, the store provides a trial option to experience an electric bike for three hours at $50.00, which is a great tool to make a big somewhat pricey decision. If in the Boca area, check out the Pedego electric bike showroom. Although there was not a purchase today, my five star rating is solely based on the excellent knowledgeable customer service, non-pressure sales pitch, location, and the mass inventory.
