Went to the Palm Beach bicycle trail store and got myself an electric bike. Mark was really helpful on how to use the bike. interestingly enough, you do need to pedal the electric part just makes it a little bit easier. If you know this part of Palm Beach, there's so much to see. I would never do this in the winter time it's so crowded but if you're here in the summer what a fun thing it is to do. It's not cheap!

After you purchase a bike, they ask you to bring it back for a free checkup to make sure everything is working properly... love that. It's nice to deal with people who care about what they do and bend over backwards to help the customer. That's why they've been in business since 1957. It is very well made, rides perfect, and is premium priced, but worth the extra cost. The prices were reasonable, the service was average, and they would not allow customers inside during covid. I have…read morenever bought a bike from here but I literally do all the services on several of my mountain bikes, road bikes, my families bikes here Tom has upgraded my 2013 Santa Cruz Tallboy LT based on what I wanted over the years from a 29er to 27.5 plus just to name a few of many things. He has fixed road bike hubs, replace worn bottom brackets, convert some of my families bikes to tubeless. The list goes on. I have lived many places and have worked with other bike shops with very good mechanics. Tom is outstanding and he and Marta are so nice and gracious. They know cycling! I moved away from the area and now live 30 min away. I still drive here to get work done that I can't do or have the time to do it. My favorite bike shop in South Florida.

The owner, Kyle, made our non-pressure shopping experience simple with all my answers provided in laymen terms, which I appreciated. As a person that has never used an electric bicycle, the store provides a trial option to experience an electric bike for three hours at $50.00, which is a great tool to make a big somewhat pricey decision. If in the Boca area, check out the Pedego electric bike showroom. Although there was not a purchase today, my five star rating is solely based on the excellent knowledgeable customer service, non-pressure sales pitch, location, and the mass inventory.
