In a pinch i needed a shift cable ((revoshift rs35 $5/retail) on a beach cruiser walked in business owner/employee was inside bsing with someone. No bike on rack etc. asked price guy pulled out calculator and advised $26 plus tax. Owner was quite nice and very knowledgeable. Am in the area longer than planned and needed pre workout nutrition and he had Hammer which was perfect as that is exactly what I ran out of. I feel as though this is a high performance bicycle shop, any carbon related gear you need Bala has, he has the high end tires and gear in stock or can get it for you. Also certified wheel builder and bicycle mechanic so that helps a bunch knowing your dealing with a professional. Have this early 90s Bianchi he was able to service, put some Victtoria corse G+ on there. Took the play out of the wheels, told me cassette and chain rings worn out (vintage bike). Adjusted all cables and serviced the bicycle so it is safe to ride. Helped get me in the general position for my saddle height still needs slight adjustment. Not sure if he has or not but a cycle trainer in the shop would allow proper bike fit and measurement including plum bobbing while stationary!!!! Overall Great High performance shop. Thanks Bala! This bicycle shop has very poor customer service ... I spent over 300.00 dollars on my bicycle... new tires , new, tubes etc, in May of 2020 riding my bicycle Sept 10, 2020 and had a flat walked to this shop because it just happened to be the closest. was told there was a 2 week wait to repair a tire.. this bicycle shop will rip you off do not use them,,. pretty sure this work would be under warranty... Hi, I requested an annual tune-up for 159 USD. When i picked up the bike the bill was 379.78. I was charged an extra 220 USD for a chain, cables, Tape, brake oil and some other minor part. No call to confirm the extra money. The work done appears good but i feel i was way overcharged. read more

I have an unusual Bianchi MTB/Urban with an old 7-speed internal hub due for replacement. I sent an email inquiry and got a well-thought out response the same day. Bala asked some questions I hadn't considered, made some suggestions and after a few more emails we agreed on replacements. A week later they (front and rear) were built! I now have a new bike and it looks even better than new with black frame, black hubs and black spokes. Bala knows what he's doing and charges a fair price. read more

Love these guys! I think when you live in a biking community, you need to invest in a good bike. You're just not getting the same level of service at the big box stores. I had my Raleigh cruiser stolen and couldn't remember the actual model. They were very patient with me as I asked a ton of questions.
