After posting an initial question on their website and getting Sam's response, I then swapped several text messages with him asking additional questions about the bike I was interested in and its availability, since there were very few of what I was looking for online nationwide. Sam promptly and completely answered all my questions and concerns. After thinking it over while traveling, I eventually made the decision to move forward as I felt very comfortable with Epic Cycles and the responses I received. Shortly after I made the purchase, I received an emailed purchase confirmation as well as follow-on notifications informing me of the bike being shipped out of Epic's Denver location, where the bike was located. Delivery was prompt....about 1 week from the purchase date.
