Fun Bounce House Company in Coral Springs…read more We had a great experience with this company! Communication was excellent from the time we booked until delivery. They arrived exactly when they said they would, making setup completely stress-free. The bounce house was very clean, well-maintained, and looked great. The kids had an amazing time (5 year old birthday party with kids from 4 through 10), and we couldn't have been happier with the service. They showed up on time for pick up and all went smoothly. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future events!

When it came to ordering, they were communicative and answered all my questions, came ahead of time for delivery and the Monster Truck bounce house for my son's party was a huge hit. Other bounce companies (ie Jupiter Bounce House) have a $500 delivery minimum and their prices are extreme. Palm Beach Inflatables was totally reasonable. My experience with this company was fine, until it wasn't. I booked specific dates and times, but…read morelater I was text-messaged by the company that they needed to adjust my delivery times for both drop off and pick up. Ok, fine. Not a big deal. It was inconvenient for me and it was outside the contract I signed, but I adjusted my schedule to make it work. I was not given a specific pick up time. I was told it would be "some time after noon". The day of pickup, without notice, I received a text message at 3pm they were at my house. Within 15 minutes replied, yes, please stop by and pick them up. They did not. They came back 2 hours later and when I did not answer my phone they called the cops on me and accused me of stealing her property! The lack of coordination and professionalism in this company compels me to not recommend anyone use this company. Oh also, I wasn't going to mention anything to her, but I was charged an extra $25 for sandbags that were never used?

THIS COMPANY IS DANGEROUS, DO NOT RENT EQUIPMENT FROM THEM…read more My group rented 7 bicycles and 3 tricycles for a week long event in Miami. On the day of rental, 9 bicycles and 2 tricycles were delivered because they didnt have enough tricycles. Not a single one was fully functional and half of them were broken and then repaired in dangerous ways. Out of these: - One bicycles pedal came off within an hour and was unfixable. had to walk back a mile. - One bicycles front fork was "repaired" but they welded it into place BACKWARDS causing it to violently change directions over bumps or when turning. It took several people eating asphalt before we realized it wasnt us. - Four bicycles tires would only stay inflated for a couple hours at a time - One tricycle frame was twisted into a permanent slight right turn and turning to the left would make the entire thing tip over and try to throw you off to the right. which it did. - The other tricycles basket was broken and unusable - Two chains were so rusted and deformed that they would constantly derail mid ride - Not a single bike had functional gears. the good ones had one functional high gear and one functional low gear. The rest were either permanently too hard to pedal or too easy. Everything has signs of shoddy repairs. Dont trust these people their bikes will get you hurt.
