Not only was the game a HUGE HIT but the customer service was absolutely outstanding! I love Jupiter Bounce House and everything about the great service I received when renting from them! The Photo Booth came with an attendant that stayed the entirety of the event to ensure everything ran smoothly, the waterslide was a hit with all ages (even a few adults!), and the carnival games were so fun and unique! Everyone I spoke to when setting up my event was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me choose rental items that would appeal to all age groups. On Wednesday I called to get a bounce house/obstacle course for Easter Sunday. I couldn't believe how accommodating Stephen was with such a short notice. He took the time to go over options and pricing of the different configurations. Corey and Chris delivered it Sunday morning and were very professional and made sure it was setup to our liking.
