My wife worked through scheduling and inflatable selection via email with Maddie, who was extremely diligent and helpful! We selected the appropriate inflatable for our event as well as 4 tables and 32 chairs. Day of event everything was delivered and set up on time. Crew that arrived was polite, efficient, and addressed any questions that we had. Upon our scheduled pick up time they arrived promptly and cleared the area. The crew that delivers and set up are very professional and nice. They do all the work of setting up. We've had to reschedule a couple of times (hurricanes and what not) and they are very flexible, no fuss. HORRIBLE management, prejudice owner if you're a POC I don't recommend doing business here, you will be ripped off and profiled, I ordered service and was treated horribly, not to mention my children, Tim , the management of the establishment is not only sexist , racist , but all around horrible to speak to, he shoved my child and tried to deny it took down the bounce house I ordered on my kids birthday because I asked him to leave after the incident, he called me several racial slurs including hard R before taking my service down and not refunding my money, him and his crew were only there to set up and then he touched my child. South Florida Bounce came in , not only did an amazing job but we're respectful , I won't ever be doing business with premier ever again and I DONT recommend unless if you want workers smoking vapes, cigarettes, weed and whatever else they smoked on sidelines after set up. Great service! I would highly recommend this company. We rented the Blue Crush Combo Obstacle Course (63 ft long) for our 10 year old's birthday. It kept 10 year old boys busy and entertained for over 5 HOURS. The kids never even came inside the house, which was great. Maddie was very helpful on the phone in helping me select the correct unit for older kids and they were able to accommodate us last-minute. The delivery guys were very professional as well. Sooo happy I found premier although they are an amazing business it didn't have the business feel, I really felt like I was dealing with honest friends instead of making a business deal. I needed them very last minute and they were incredibly understanding and worked with me every step of the way. They set up quickly and on time and did the same when it came to picking up their equipment. Something I am sure every parent is concerned of when it comes to renting a bounce house is the sanitary aspect and I can assure you the bounce house was very clean and it was very clear they take great care of their products.
