Call Friday at 5:05pm...office closed with hours Monday through Friday 8-5 with no emergency options....unless you're looking to buy services (website stated it closes at 8) they answer....I pretended. Sent a tech out Saturday who found another major coil defect and had to shut the system down completely (90+ degree weather of course) I requested a new unit since there were two major mechanical issues. Despite about $14,000 manager Jason denies request (after not wanting to speak with me) saying they just replace parts .... IN A BRAND NEW UNIT They hope the part will be available Monday I regret not calling Morris Jenkins...open 7 days a week , and on call. My old unit from the 90s had the house brilliantly cool. So now my rescue dogs, my family and my menapausal hot flashes will be awaiting Monday in the heat.
