if I could leave a 0 I would definitely do that. In the beginning when I hired Dylan to do my pest…read moreservice it seemed OK. I thought he was doing a good job until he wasn't. I have noticed now that when I leave a message with Dylan, I hardly ever get a response back until days later. In the beginning, when I hired him, he seemed to text me back when I had a problem. I have waited for him to respond to a text that I have left him and realized he wasn't going to respond back an I don't know why, but what I do know is when you hire someone to do your pest control it's only good business to respond to their text when they have a problem. I texted Dylan and let him know that I was having a problem with what he calls phorid flies an I also let him know that when he treated my outside, 2 days later I was getting all the same bugs I pay very good money to get rid of. I don't think he liked it too much when I mentioned that because I felt he was giving me an attitude when he said "he has 400 other clients that have never complained or have issues with these flies or problems that I am mentioning." He mentioned he could come by or I could get somebody else. I felt like he was being rude like I was bothering him. I feel if you're gonna run a business by yourself and you take on all these clients, you need to be prepared to answer their texts in a timely manner and not act like they're bothering you. I have talked to other pest control companies who have mentioned that if you have a problem with their service, they will be over to fix it. I find that's not the case with Dylan because I get responses back like I'm sorry I'm at a baseball game and says he'll be by to re-spray or whatever it is, but I have to re-text him to see what time he is coming an I'm getting no response. I feel very bad business on his part. If you feel like you have to much on your plate then maybe you shouldn't take on so many clients by yourself, and get irritated when people ask you why you're getting all these bugs back when you just sprayed two days ago. I don't recommend him, I feel he is biting off more than he can chew and when you complain, he doesn't like it,or ask why you're getting all these bugs when he just got done spraying two days ago. I'll never hire him again. I have asked him and waited all day for a response Can you please let me know if you're coming or if you plan on coming because I'm gonna have to get somebody else if you don't answer my texts. again, no response I'm done. I'll never hire him again.

Then other people started coming to treat around our house and it was never the same again. They would only be here for 5 min and then they'd be gone. How can you do everything in 5 minutes?! We had spiders and stink bugs galore so obviously what the other tech did wasn't working. Then we asked about mice in our garage. We were told he'd be back with traps since he didn't have any in his truck. He never came back. We called and could never get through to anyone. We have dogs and I requested a call before anyone would show up so that we could bring them inside. We were told there was a note on our account to ensure they would let us know beforehand. They NEVER called ahead to give us a heads up. At that point we were over it and had to cancel our contract and go with someone else. If we could have been guaranteed Kevin would be the tech coming out, this review would be 5-stars and without complaint. However, without Kevin this company is not what you pay for. Disappointing.
