They have since done nothing but try to avoid any responsibility for their mistake. Today I spoke with Keith Nolan and his excuses morphed over the conversation but all were preposterous: "There was clutter in the garage so we couldn't see the damage" - untrue, the pictures I took that day show the damage was clearly visible when they inspected, they just missed it. "I have been doing this 32 years and can assure you that we bear no responsibility under North Carolina law for this" - surely they have a duty of care? "We saw the damage but we couldn't get close enough to determine the species causing it so we couldn't mention it in the report" - is there anyone that believes that can possibly be true? "We saw the damage but despite our many years of experience we couldn't be sure it was caused by insects - it might have been nail holes" - nails impersonating termites? Obviously up to you, but if they make a mistake, and everyone makes mistakes, this company will do everything to avoid taking any responsibility for its mistake. You can judge whether the excuses above are incompetent or dishonest. If you don't feel lucky, consider using another company.

We had previously used another company but we were continuing to have the same issue. Since we started using Mr. Pest we have seen no bugs anywhere inside of our home. This includes our unfinished basement and our attic. He took care of some issues which concerned us and listened carefully to us while he completed his work. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational. They will give you advice on what to do, they came out every two weeks for the first two months. After this I haven't seen anymore. Now they come out every three months for preventive maintenance. During the first visit, the technician came into the house and talked to us about any issues we were having. He initially treated for those issues and let us know that if our problem (small ants) wasn't resolved in 2 weeks, he would come back out. Since the first visit, we haven't has any other pest issues. They do not need to spray in the house anymore - they just treat outside and in the crawl space. They're always ready to come out if we have any issues between treatment.
