Only the bait stations were installed. We brought this to our techs attention he said if we wanted to buy snap traps on our own that's fine he wasn't putting them down because they don't work for this type of rodent (rats). We went 4 weeks w bait stations and had a little less activity. We contacted the office asking for a contact to discuss why we were told they would use both bait and snaps and now the tech refuses to put snap traps down. We waited 8 days with no contact. We paid a total of 350 dollars to the company and had to buy our own snap traps. We out them down and in a week we are almost no activity at all. Was very impressed at the initial visit but every visit after left us confused as to whether our tech had even read our contract. They were always responsive when they want to schedule a paid visit not so much in between. In fact NOT AT ALL in between. Very disappointed as when we spoke to the 2 gentlemen at the initial appointment before signing contract we were very hopeful we would be giving a 5 star review as they talked really well and seemed knowledgeable. That was the extent of that. Our tech Robert wasn't very friendly and blatantly refused to out snap traps down after he rescheduled his visit b/c it was raining and he didn't want to get his tires and truck dirty even tho I had taken a half day at work to make this appointment possible as weekends weren't an option.. unless it meant the truck would get dirty.

My story: Termites just entered my garage and I was alarmed. Tedd, the owner of Buzz Termite and Pest Control came right out to inspect my property free of charge. He emailed me a quote to drill termicide liquid treatment into the garage and porch slabs and to trench and treat the foundational perimeter. He explained everything and answered my preliminary questions and my questions sent via text after our initial inspection. We set an appointment to remediate the termites for today, April 21, 2021. He was punctual, professional and prepared to get the work done right!. He and his team went right to work. He drill holes as outlined above. He placed the termicide into the holes and later filled the holes with plastic plugs that were ultimately hammered flushed with the slab. He also trenched and treated the foundation all around the house with termicide. He placed termicide foam in the wall that had termite activity. The treatment will last 10 years. BUZZ Termite & Pest Control treatment comes with a full warranty and the full treatment and annual fee are significantly less than other companies. Tedd walked me through what had been done and answered all my questions. He was kind, gregarious and very respectful. He was affordable and significantly less than the highly advertised pest control companies. I cannot even explain the level of relief when he showed up. We had an appointment with another company, I took off work, and they never showed. I called The Critter Man and Justin was here the same day -- which felt like a miracle. He quickly and safely removed the squirrel (and babies omg) then covered up all the holes so this doesn't happen again. My wife had her Buick into Meineke for service and we picked it up mid-Morning. That afternoon I drove her to a Doctor's Appointment down off Randolph Rd in Charlotte and by the time we got about just before 5pm, the car was like a toaster. Turned on the A/C and took the fan to Max and it sounded like at 747 taking off. Took it back to Meineke at 7:30 am and the owner told her that they meant to tell her that it looked like mice or a squirrel was building a nest in the engine compartment. Went back in and pulled out another handful of nest and acorns. Could not figure out how this was possible. We had seen no signs like Rodent dropping or chewed wood to indicate their presence. This is a new development and the closest oak tree is over 200 yards away with many houses in between. My wife called The Critter Man and he was there within an hour. He took one look at the property and stated " ain't no way" and then he sat out to prove it. He inspected the garage area and no signs of rodent activity. Inspected all point of potential entry and nothing had been damaged and insulation was still in tact and no chewing on window frames where a rodent would have tried to create an entrance. Inspected the outside of the house as well as the attic and nothing. Finally he asked if we had traveled out of town recently and yes, we had just got back from 4 days in Marietta, GA. My wife remembers that the parking lot at the Comfort Suites was well shaded and there were plenty of Squirrels on the property. Problem answered but I do wonder where the Squirrel ended up.
