Only the bait stations were installed. We brought this to our techs attention he said if we wanted to buy snap traps on our own that's fine he wasn't putting them down because they don't work for this type of rodent (rats). We went 4 weeks w bait stations and had a little less activity. We contacted the office asking for a contact to discuss why we were told they would use both bait and snaps and now the tech refuses to put snap traps down. We waited 8 days with no contact. We paid a total of 350 dollars to the company and had to buy our own snap traps. We out them down and in a week we are almost no activity at all. Was very impressed at the initial visit but every visit after left us confused as to whether our tech had even read our contract. They were always responsive when they want to schedule a paid visit not so much in between. In fact NOT AT ALL in between. Very disappointed as when we spoke to the 2 gentlemen at the initial appointment before signing contract we were very hopeful we would be giving a 5 star review as they talked really well and seemed knowledgeable. That was the extent of that. Our tech Robert wasn't very friendly and blatantly refused to out snap traps down after he rescheduled his visit b/c it was raining and he didn't want to get his tires and truck dirty even tho I had taken a half day at work to make this appointment possible as weekends weren't an option.. unless it meant the truck would get dirty.

Buzz Termite & Pest Control is Dynamic!…read more I highly recommend Buzz Termite & Pest Control. The company has been in business for 20 years and is licensed and bonded. My story: Termites just entered my garage and I was alarmed. Tedd, the owner of Buzz Termite and Pest Control came right out to inspect my property free of charge. He emailed me a quote to drill termicide liquid treatment into the garage and porch slabs and to trench and treat the foundational perimeter. He explained everything and answered my preliminary questions and my questions sent via text after our initial inspection. We set an appointment to remediate the termites for today, April 21, 2021. He was punctual, professional and prepared to get the work done right!. He and his team went right to work. He drill holes as outlined above. He placed the termicide into the holes and later filled the holes with plastic plugs that were ultimately hammered flushed with the slab. He also trenched and treated the foundation all around the house with termicide. He placed termicide foam in the wall that had termite activity. The treatment will last 10 years. BUZZ Termite & Pest Control treatment comes with a full warranty and the full treatment and annual fee are significantly less than other companies. Tedd walked me through what had been done and answered all my questions. He was kind, gregarious and very respectful. He was affordable and significantly less than the highly advertised pest control companies. His integrity, work ethic and genuine desire to ensure me that the termites were eliminated asap is the reason why I felt compelled to share this recommendation. Sometimes you interact with a business and you can't hold your peace about how well they fulfilled the work at a fair and honest price. I had them going back nine years ago when they were superb for all of my extermination needs, including mosquitoes in my backyard. They were prompt, courteous, caring and had excellent communication skills with their customers. I left them, except for my yearly termite traps inspection after I had a couple a deceitful workers come to my home and advise that they did services that were never done. How do I know this? I have cameras around my home. So we left Home Paramount pest control for a few years and this past spring due to my husband's recent health issues, I decided to contact Home Paramount pest control once again and sign up with them to give them another chance. And I would have to say it has been a disaster from the get-go. The lack of communication between the local office here in the Charlotte/Mooresville office and the home office in Maryland can make you absolutely crazy. Appointments are made, you take time off from work, as these workers need to come into your home to take care of your bug problem, and they are complete no-shows. You call you try to find out an explanation and you find out they need to reschedule you so you need to take more time off from work. Just for another no-show appointment or they tell you "oh you were having a termite inspection" (which no one ever told me or called me about ) and you just so happen to called for service for palmetto bugs in your home and the wires got crossed in their scheduling department so when you the customer calls to find out why no one showed for yet another appointment you find out do to their error no one is coming and they need to give you yet another appointment. Just know they never called to let me know about an inside termite inspection at all so I do not understand how this is. The customer's fault. But somehow it is. I made a grave decision giving home a paramount pest control another chance. I should have trusted my instincts when I let them go after the deceitful worker incident years ago.
