I had an absolute nightmare of an experience with Dr. Kim attempting to straighten my teeth with Invisalign. After all the money and months of treatment, I ended up with mostly straightened teeth but worst of all, a messed up bite. During my final visit, she put something like a thin piece of paper in my mouth and after I bit down, confirmed there were no bite marks from my molars. Her response was that the focus of the treatment was not on my bite. It was to straighten teeth. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? She wanted me to pay up for more aligners to fix the bite. That's beyond ridiculous. For her I was just another customer. For me, I suffered for weeks as I waited for my teeth to gradually move back to a point where I could chew again. Its been many months now and my teeth are quite misaligned again but at least I can eat. She should be ashamed of herself as a medical professional. Either she's improperly trained to perform Invisalign or she did this on purpose to try to make more money. Either way she shouldn't be a dentist. Instead of losing a little time and money for additional aligners to fix my bite which she messed up, she's potentially missing out on thousands of dollars from potential future customers reading about my awful experience and deciding to go elsewhere. read more

I went to Delight Dental for the first time this week. I went to the same dentist downtown for years, but was sick of the travel time and parking fees. This studio has free parking, I was in and out. The actual dentist does your cleanings and my permanent bottom retainer has never felt better! My boyfriend has also been coming here and had a cracked tooth repaired and was very happy with the work. Definitely worth the trip! Oh - and I have good insurance, but sometimes dentist offices make you pay and then the insurance company cuts you a check back; they did not. So if you don't have a copay, you don't have to pay in full and get refund from insurance. That's nice too! read more

First impression is everything. I called to make an appointment for teeth whitening and was greeted with the most rude, unprofessional attitude once I mentioned I had a Groupon for the service! Apparently poor service and limited appointment times come with the discount. I was told if I didn't like it I could call Groupon and ask for a refund. I did. I usually get emotional when I see the dentist; feelings of guilt for not keeping better care of my teeth or fear of pain due to teeth/mouth sensitivity. Dr. Kim cleaned my teeth up quickly and effectively. More importantly though, I really appreciate her demeanor. She told me and directly showed me what was happening with my teeth. Service was wonderful, Office was VERY welcoming and clean. I was nervous at first but the dentist made me feel at ease and made sure if I was ok or doing fine constantly. Cute, stylish, and clean little office. As far as I could tell there were only 2 exam rooms and 1-2 dental assistants, no hygienist. This means that Dr. Kim does both the examination and the cleaning which is preferable to me because she is through but efficient with her time, no one wants to be sitting in the dental chair for very long anyhow. She was also patient and not only addressed an issue but educated me on the issue using a mirror so I could see what was going on. Her exam was gentle and so was her demeanor. I am a very nervous person when it comes to the dentist, but this place put all my worries to ease. Everyone who works here is calm, polite, and very knowledgeable. They worked very quick yet stayed efficient, and they know how to work with patients who are a bit more anxious than usual - they even have TVs on the ceiling to help distract you while the work is going on. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but they also helped plan out the work to go along with my insurance. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone. I was a new patient here today for my first exam/cleaning in 2.5 years. My appointment was at 2pm and I was in and out of the office by 2:17pm. The entire process took 20 minutes, including new patient paperwork, xrays, and the cleaning. I don't have the best dental insurance, perhaps that's why I was treated with such poor quality considering other reviews say a cleaning takes 45 minutes. The receptionist was also the hygienist and left in the middle of my cleaning to check another patient in. In addition, the follow up email I received addressed me by the wrong name. Giving two stars because of parking, the office was clean, and I was seen on time. read more

She starts her appointments on time & since it's a small office she dedicates her time working with one patient at a time. I had 2 filling replacements today and was in & out within an hour. I had a great experience here. First off they were very accommodating allowing me to reschedule multiple times due to illness and work. Second, my visit took 15-20 minutes total! Granted I have pretty easy teeth and wasn't going for x-rays, but the Dentist and her assistant worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. If you're looking for a dentist in the neighborhood you can't go wrong, and if you have a downtown dentist (like I did), you may want to consider this place instead. I'm a fan! read more

Dr. Kim does a wonderful job taking care of me as her patient. Both her and her assistant Sravani are very professional and thoughtful to their patients. I have gone a few years without seeing a dentist because of a previous bad experience. Dr. Kim goes through and thoroughly explains procedures and helps you step though what your insurance costs and coverages will be. I'm glad that I have a primary dentist that I am comfortable with and will maintain regular visits with going forward. The facility is great as well. Far and away the best dental office I have ever been to. I went to Delight Dental for a routine cleaning. It had been a while. The office is very modern and well decorated. Pleasant staff and no wait time. The cleaning was complete and my teeth feel great. They had all kinds of TVs to watch. Finding Dr. Kim was meant to be! After calling multiple dental studios, I was convinced that removing my wisdom teeth would be expensive, difficult, and scary. One day, I decided to go to my local Dunkin Donuts, when I saw Delight Dental Studio (they share the same parking lot) and thought I had to give this finding an affordable, kind dentist thing one more try. I walked into Dr. Kim's studio and was greeted by her assistant Elizabeth. As I explained what I needed to be done to Elizabeth, Dr. Kim joined our conversation and explained costs and procedures. She was even kind enough to look at my teeth on the spot. I was convinced of her serviced and booked an appointment for the following week. When I came in for my appointment with my mother, Dr. Kim and Elizabeth greeted us and gave us paperwork on useful tips following the procedure. She even made warmful small talk with my mom and eased me of my nerves. During the procedure, she informed me on every step and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Kim truly takes an interest in her patients! Apart from the kind, thorough, and quality service that I received, Delight Dental Studio is by far one of the most clean, organized, and comfortable dental studios I have ever been to (I mean they had a TV on the ceiling that played Netflix movies while Dr. Kim worked on my teeth)! The entire studio is equipped with new technology and furnishings. I have convinced my entire family to switch their dentists and go to Dr. Kim!
