We had a party of about 20+ people here for a birthday party. They allowed us to make reservations inside this fast casual style restaurant. You order at the register then get a seat. We spent $400+ for all the food. The best thing is the pork XLB and pork/shrimp XLB. I give it 4/5 stars for a Yuba City restaurant. The Yangzhou fried rice had shrimp and spam. I was surprised there was spam because it's usually real pork, lol. It's usually my go-to fried rice order but it was a huge mistake. I give it a 2/5. We also ordered Yangzhou noodles which was 2/5 also. The popcorn chicken was surprisingly delicious. It's like the popcorn chicken at T4 Boba but without the fried basil. The place hardly had any AC so we were sweating inside while struggling with the 100 degree heat outside. We had hella finished dishes that needed to be taken away. Nobody came to clear our tables (we occupied 6 tables). We had to pick it up and put it on a different table. The server saw us put it elsewhere and they didn't even offer to clean it up for us.

Found Delicious Dumpling House to be fairly average based on my recent experience. Well lit and generally clean casual order-at-the-counter type of restaurant. Several tables to eat at. Very friendly worker took my order. Tried the pork xiao long bao ($12.99) and the brisket noodle soup ($15.99). Probably slightly overpriced in my opinion based on the quality. The soup dumplings were the best out of those two items but thought the flavor could be better on both. I didn't like the noodle texture or quality of meat in the beef noodle soup but not terrible.

Very authentic dumpling house in Yuba City. Being Asian I'm very picky when it comes to authentic tasting Chinese food. This spot hits all the marks. Tried the dumpling when it was catered to my work and they were all just so this time I tried out the soups because I wasn't feeling well and it was so comforting and tasty. The marinated cucumbers are perfect. Love this spot so glad it's local in town. Definitely a must try spot. Everything is made super fresh and the noodles and dumplings are all handmade.

I've been Chinese all of my life and eating out in Chinese Restaurants most of my life. Very rarely do I encounter something new that leaves me wondering what else I've been missing out on. Many new restaurants have sprung up over the past five years that serve Xiao Long Bao otherwise known as Pork Soup Dumplings. You'll also often find Pan-Fried Pork & Vegetable Bao, Hand-Pulled Noodles and Wonton in Hot Oil. Delicious Dumpling House has on their menu, Sour & Spicy Wonton Soup. I thought that perhaps that they had misnamed Wonton in Hot & Sour Soup, one of my favorite dishes. Boy, was I wrong! There were 10 Wonton swimming in what was mostly a clear broth with chili flakes, seaweed, green onions. and I'm sure, some vinegar. This dish was one of our favorites of everything we ate on a 17-day road trip. The aforementioned Xiao Long Bao were thin-skinned, soupy and super flavorful. The Pan-Fried Pork & Vegetable Bao were equally delicious, crispy on bottom, soft everywhere else and also loaded with flavor One dish that we enjoyed at the restaurant while it was hot was the Yang Zhou Fried Noodles. It was a very attractive Chow Mein type dish with lots of small shrimp, diced Spam, some cabbage and green onions. We think that if they reduced the Shrimp and Spam by 50%, and increased the noodles by 50%, this would actually be a better dish. It seems that we ate most of the noodles at the restaurant and when reheated, the other components without enough noodles was very salty. Of course, that is a subjective opinion and everyone's tastebuds are different. Service was good albeit a bit stilted. We sat at Table 1 and when each dish that was delivered, it was announced as, "Table 1, I have your next dish". I thought about having the Table foot the check but we had already paid upon ordering.

Who would've known such an amazing dumpling place was hidden here in Yuba city. This spot is great for dining in or take out the ambiance was very pleasant and so were the staff. Our food was prepared fresh you can watch them prepare the dumplings near the counter and the food came out quick. Zero complaints about anything we ordered everything was exactly what we wanted and NEEDED Pan fried bao was so juicy my partner took a bite and it looked like a water hose got turned on in the back everything was just so juicy and flavorful Do not skip on the xiao long bao personally I always get the pork and shrimp can never go wrong with it. So happy this place exists will definitely be coming back

Best Asian food in Yuba City, hands down. The soup dumplings were flavorful and had a consistent texture. They even steamed the green beans for a healthier option! Cute as can be, family-owned restaurant. The mother makes the dumplings by hand in the front of the shop! So glad this place opened up, used to have to drive to Roseville for good soup dumplings!

A hidden gem, won't be hidden for long, I don't find myself in Yuba City too often, came back from a trip and this was a restaurant that was recommended Ordered: - Marinated cucumbers: 10/10, about as good as you can get them, add the chili oil and *chefs kids*, it's not spicy by default which is nice - Shrimp Dumplings (Panfried): 8.5/10, really solid, whole shrimp - Beef Fried Rice: 9/10, when I ask for fried rice at a Chinese restaurant, or any restaurant, this is what I want, insanely large portion, velvetted beef, each grain of rice fried and separated, house stock finish, when I saw the kitchen setup with the wok burner I knew they know ball. Service; fast and reliable, small staff size it appears so be patient with them

The moment you walk through the door it is very vibrant and you get a lovely welcome. The furniture and design is very simply quaint with cute gold accents. I tried at least one thing from each section of the menu and asked for recommendations and the young woman at the register recommended popular items. I have a family of 8 and we all were able to have a little taste of everything and have a little left over. So portion and price was decent. Food was very good even my little ones enjoyed could not get enough of the shrimp fried rice and shrimp dumplings. We will be returning to dine in and I highly recommend a must try in Yuba. Definitely a great addition to Yuba city's upcoming area. See photos.

Super cute to-go box for the potstickers. Sorry, forgot to take a photo of the potstickers!

The food is made fresh right in front of you! So, please be aware of the 30 minute wait for your food. For it being the only dumpling house in town, it was worth the wait! I ordered 2 orders of pork Xiao long baos, green beans and potstickers. The Xiao Long Baos were delicious! Perfect skin thickness and the right amount of soup. The green beans were a bit too oily for my taste but it was still good especially with all the garlic. I absolutely loved the decor! Super fun and cute! I'll have to try their soups next time!!

We have visited the Delicious Dumpling House on two separate occasions and have been highly satisfied both times. The dumplings are amazing. They are freshly made right there, you can literally see staff making them. We also tried the beef soup which was flavorful and the beef was so tender and just falling apart. The establishment is clean, open seating, the wait time wasn't too long and the staff was kind. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Dropped in to try this new spot. Big fan of dumplings. It was a Friday early afternoon so the place was quiet and not packed. Service here is really good. We were greeted quickly once we entered. Decided to order a few items only to have them out quickly and warm! This is probably a solid spot for dumplings in the area. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Everything is fresh and delicious! We got beef and onion dumpling, pork and cabbage. Egg fried rice and xiao long bao (soup filled dumplings) and 2 teas , passion fruit and lychee both were amazing! We love coming here you always get more than enough food and it's so chill here. Perfect for family night out. The staff is very friendly. 11/10

This was my first time trying dumplings and I have to say I wasn't sure what to expect. The dumplings were made fresh as you ordered but kinda bland in tasting. I tried creating a sauce with the soy sauce vinegar chilli mix but I would really liked it if they provided different types of sauce to dip them in? I'm new to this so maybe that's not possible? The chicken chow main was good but kinda lacked flavor. It's a very newly decorated clean and cute place. The girl at the front was helpful and nice. The wait was kinda long for not being busy but that's probably because the dumplings are made as you order.

Great dumplings and rice dishes. They are consistently the best dumplings and wonton soup in town.

3 Stars - Some Great Highlights, but the Food Was Hit or Miss…read more I stopped by Uncle Dumplings around 6 p.m. and had a pretty mixed experience. The location is in a newer development with plenty of parking in a large parking structure and other restaurants and activities nearby, which is a plus. Upon entering, I was greeted right away. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. I was dining in, and my server came over quickly to take my drink order and help with my meal. The food also came out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing in several areas. I ordered chicken fried rice, chicken dumplings, noodles, cucumber salad, and the chocolate dessert dumplings. The fried rice had a different-tasting chicken that I wasn't particularly fond of, and there didn't seem to be much chicken in it. The chicken dumplings were especially disappointing. They arrived steaming under the lid, but surprisingly, the dumplings themselves were cold. The outer dough was also very thick and dense, making them feel heavy rather than light and delicate. I tried two, hoping the second would be better, but I just couldn't get into them. The noodles were also much thicker and heavier than I expected. I was hoping for a smaller dish of flavorful, possibly spicy noodles, but after a few bites, I ended up setting those aside as well. Unfortunately, reheating the leftovers the next day didn't improve my experience, and I ultimately threw the rest away. Now, for the highlights! The cucumber salad was fantastic. It was refreshing, flavorful, and easily one of my favorite items of the meal. I nearly finished the entire plate! The chocolate dessert dumplings were also absolutely delicious. They were small, delicate, and served warm with steam coming out when opened. Dipping them into the accompanying sauce made them even better. I honestly could have ordered more and kept eating them! I loved their thinner, lighter texture, and I wish the savory dumplings had a similar delicate consistency. Overall, the friendly service, quick food delivery, parking, cucumber salad, and chocolate desserts were definite positives. However, the cold dumplings and the overly thick, heavy texture of several dishes made the overall meal fall short for me. I really wanted to love this place, but based on my experience, I would give it 3 stars. I think there is potential here, and I would encourage the restaurant to revisit the temperature and texture of its dumplings and the consistency of its noodle dishes. The chocolate dumplings and cucumber salad are definitely worth highlighting! The restaurant is small but cute had one bathroom inside.

It was easy to spot from the road and it was an up front parking kinda day! As we walked in, the first thing you notice is the beautiful pink bosom tree. It so spacious and clean in here. There are tables with chairs, half booths, and booths available to sit in. The tables were clutter free of where we normally would see a chopstick/spoon/sauce caddie. Alley greeted us as we walked in and she let us sit wherever we wanted. I liked how there are big windows that allow a lot of light to shine in. The art in the walls was so beautiful. Even the bathroom was wall art (with a beautiful faucet)... and with the blossom tree inside the restaurant, it gave us a soothing mellow dining experience. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls for an appetizer to share. For our main entrée, we each ordered the XL bowl of Pho Dac Biet and a couple of waters to sip on. Our appetizer was out within a few minutes. Gorgeous plating and the peanut sauce is delicious. The spring rolls were good. I prefer them with a little more peanut sauce and ingredients in the roll. The ones we ate didn't have any coriander or mint. After a couple bites I looked for it and they weren't in there (those ingredients were listed on the menu for shrimp spring rolls) but they were still delicious and packed very full with lettuce and vermicelli noodles. For our Pho, first we sipped the broth... it was very good beef broth! The aroma isn't as strong as we are used to and the flavor not as strong... it was more delicate and light... it still tasted of perfection! I like how the thin rare steak on top was filet mignon. Very tender.... however, the broth was so hot, it cooked the steak almost all the way before it got to the table. Alley was kind enough to bring out a few extra slices of meat so that I could enjoy it the way I really like. Service was fantastic and you have to ask Alley about her adorable manager! See you guys soon (especially for a rainy day!)
