The tuna has vegan mayo which you can't tell and it has lettuce, tomatoes, sweet peppers and I subbed out olives instead of onions, plus vegan feta which was good too with a lemon basil dressing. No complaints it was very good. And very large. Big as a chipotle burrito. My partner got a hummus wrap filled with lots of veggies and she loved it. It was a red pepper type hummus. Again, very good! I didn't try the salads maybe next time. But I was super impressed with the wrap. It was filling and chock full. The staff was nice. Very accommodating with questions and trying to make a good wrap. It's a cute little shop. Patronize this place it needs to be here. Parking is in downtown Bedford so park wherever you can. Prices for salads are in the $14 range it's no meat. Add a few bucks for meats or more. Wraps are $10.50-$17 range. Try it. You'll like it!
