We love finding little food trucks and dives when in a new area so we tried this place which is a food truck. Despite the fact that neither one of speaks Spanish and it didn't seem like anyone who worked there had very strong English, they did not mess up a single thing or forget any of the sides we asked for. I got 3 tacos, 2 chicken and 1 steak. No matter which one you had, the flavor of the meat was just explosive! Very delicious. My partner got the fajita quesadilla. She did ask me to suggest not putting the zucchini in it but she really loved it otherwise. The only complaint I had was that both of the sauces that are served with the meals are just... not very good. That could be a personal taste thing but I like red and green sauces that not only have the heat but also have the flavor and those just didn't hit. I would definitely go back when in town again.

I just got the chorizo burrito, but I'm half tempted to go back tomorrow after work too. For $10 I got a fat burrito loaded with chorizo, rice, lettuce and tomatoes. They served it with a spicy salsa verde and red salsa too. It was crazy flavorful, and there was so much meat. I was beyond impressed. There is a bit of a language barrier; however, the staff was all so friendly. I just found my new favorite dinner spot.

It seemed everyone loved the menu options and the portions were surprisingly large and served hot and fresh. This food truck definitely exceeded everyone's expectations and added a fun element to the event and was a great alternative to what normally would have required bringing in and managing food for a large group, Cheesy Dave's took care of everything making it easy with no cleanup for the team hosting the event. I definitely recommend these guys for private events and to give them a try when you see them out and about, 5 stars for customers service and quality...

The Buffalo Mac & Cheese was so delicious that despite the HUGE serving size, I devoured the entire thing! I do not typically like spicy foods, but this mac and cheese was so delicious! My husband ordered a Cheesy Dave's hamburger (no bun, cause he's gluten free), and they served it on a bed of lettuce which was perfect! He said it was one of the best burgers he's had! We also ordered potato wedges, which I didn't taste, but my husband said they were good!
