While the new circular driveway they installed looks nice, unfortunately, my overall experience has been disappointing. When the crew was finishing up, the roller machine cracked my brand-new apron that the Town of Brookhaven had just installed as part of the first street repaving in 60 years. Jeff assured me they would replace the damaged side, which they did, but the color has never matched. I was told it would blend over time, yet eight months later it's still very noticeably different (as shown in the photos). I also noticed that the freshly paved town street was left with scratches and holes after the work. When I contacted Jeff, I was told they couldn't do anything about it since it's town property. The damage, however, was clearly caused during their job. What has been most frustrating is the lack of follow-up. After waiting through the winter, I tried reaching Jeff a couple of times but never received a call back. The workmanship on my driveway itself was good, but the way problems were handled left me feeling dismissed and disappointed. He gave me a verbal quote which was a few dollars more than I was spending with this other company. Mike informed me of permits that would be needed and new codes for the new walkways we were going to do. With this new information I was ready to go. I had 7-8 trees that were removed along with my old asphalt driveway and concrete front and rear walkways. Our new driveway is 80 Feet long with enough room for our boat and trailer and room for our cars.
