I have had a great experience at Del Toyota, twice now. My sales rep Millie, well to say the least she is amazing. She can't make miracles happen but she can show you choices and her personality is superb. She has a genuine interest in doing right by you, and goes out of her way to make you feel like you are the most important customer. Del has the inventory others do not have and prices are competitive as well. I would pay a premium just to work with Millie, she's really a great person. I haven't had to use their service department but the waiting room is well equipped to be able to keep occupied while there. Did I mention you should ask for Millie? Two new cars and she really worked hard to get my business. No sitting and waiting games, just straight up quote and no back and forth. read more

Adrian Sirbu is the best in the game. I've purchased numerous Toyota vehicles, but my last 4 purchases have been here, and I'll never go anywhere else. Honest, professional, and fantastic when it comes to communicating and managing expectations on timing and costs. Truly the best in the game. Don't go anywhere else. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Every time I tried to claim something that was covered under warranty I was given hell to try to get done. They spin you in circles. We were lied to about the extended warranty. Waste of time and energy. I do not recommend you get any warranties other than gap insurance. read more

As someone else mentioned, the sticker vandalism was an issue - but here's where it gets WILD. I didn't even take my Toyota in. The sticker it in a local parking lot. The AUDACITY of sticking your sticker on my car in a public lot? When I have no association with and have never used your business? I would never go here in a million years. I'd rather SCRAP a vehicle than take it here, they obviously have no regard for personal property or decency. read more

Del Toyota - Sticker stuck on my car in a parking lot without my permission or knowledge. - Car Dealers Near Me - Thorndale, Pennsylvania

Had a Error Msg on dash, could not reset, took to Dek, they told me a sensor was bad, the repair would be $1800, I declined , Paid the Diagnostic fee , $95, Went Home, Ordered the part from Salvage, $200, INstalled it, but had to return to Del to have the New part installed to the computer. I was advised that the part needed to be calivrated and adjusted, Advised this would cost $486, I challenged this, asking how they calculate, was told it was a general rate (flat rate), Kinowing I installed the part in 40 mins, I asked what their Labor rate was, Was told $180 ????? WHAT, $180, I said, I replaced the part in 40 monutes total , How could they charge me $480 for an hour worth of work, I was told the flat rate allowed 2.5 hours to perform the work I Was furious but had no choice but to proceed., 1 hour later my car was completed, and they Charged me $435. This was the most i think i have been ripped off!!!! Will not be back there. Thievery, Sheer Thievery. read more

I bought my 2025 Tacoma Limited from a toyota broker. The truck was at Del Toyota. The broker worked a great deal. So good that I flew from SC and drove it back. My salesman at Del was Antonnio Fernandez, he was professional and honest. He made the transaction easy and pleasant. I was only in the dealer for an hour and on the road back to SC in a new Tacoma. Well done Antonnio! read more

After leasing a Toyota with Del years ago and it going ok, my grandfather went to BUY a car here and was treated with so much disrespect, he left and bought a Toyota from someone else! So you lost a HUGE sale. My experience: the saleswoman was totally bewildered by the DMV login system and couldn't access it, and then said I couldn't lease a car because she couldn't login. It literally took us 2 hours to login to an online system and I don't even remember what we needed it for. The financing operative, a Japanese man, was so rude to me. From other reviews there seems to be a belief here that women don't make their own money. My grandfather's experience: he was ignored for 3 hours (!) and wanted a very simple car, a Toyota Camry which was fully in stock. He was willing to pay top-dollar for it. He left and nobody even bothered to wonder why. Now we are STILL on the Del Toyota email distribution list even though we haven't been there in years. Pretty sure this is harassment / cyberstalking and we will be escalating. read more

Two experiences with Del in the past 3 years. Sean the Sales Manager & Troy a mechanic @ Del far exceed expectations every time. Outside of detail (& that's every dealership nowadays) I have zero complaints about my dealings with Del Toyota. I always get more than a fair price with little haggle. They show a willingness to move cars with very little BS. I actually have enjoyed both of my Tacoma buying experiences with Del. Try them out, IMO you won't be disappointed. read more

Just picked up a new car from them. Could not have had a better experience. Called up after seeing a car on the website worked a no pressure competitive price. Traveled to see a car here to get a car I wanted a month sooner then a local dealer. Nice salesman. Young kid salesman was professional but also didn't disclose pricing markup up front and wasted time. Unfortunately dealer marks up vehicles. No complaints on my service visit. I would never buy a car here because they were tacking 3-5k " market adjustments " onto cars because of short supply the last 2 years. I bought my new Rav4 elsewhere at MSRP after a long search. They were short-sighted in terms of goodwill for the community like other local dealers. The service team is professional and extremely competent and I recommend having your Toyota serviced here or if buying parts for a older Toyota. If you want to buy a Toyota I recommend going north or west for better deals. read more

My husband and I bought a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid at this dealership. Jim, the general manager, and Heather, the finance director, were wonderful to work with. We also had a fantastic overall experience with our salesperson, Adrian Sirbu. We had our hearts set on this car long before we walked in. It's a highly in-demand vehicle and they, quite honestly, did not have to give any concessions on the bottom line as any number of buyers will come in wanting it. Still, they gave us what we felt was a very favorable price on the car and included some add-ons free of charge. Their priority was assuring a great buying experience and putting us in just the right car for our family. When there were some issues with our closing discussions, Jim and Heather tended to them personally and assured a fully reconciled and pleasant experience. The dealership's inventory is excellent!--we drove an hour and a half for this car because they had the best selection within that distance. We're incredibly grateful for Jim, Heather, and Adrian! I recommend dealing with any of them directly, if you can. read more

Location purposefully vandalizes your car when you bring it in for service. After having our recently bought Toyota car serviced here, we found that Del Toyota stickers and license plate holder was added to the car WITHOUT any discussion or approval. We purposefully had them removed from the car prior to our purchasing and were assured it is not required to have them. Upon bringing car back to have them removed the service staff said that Jack Del himself has a policy that any car being serviced which is missing these items are to have them attached - WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION TO THE CAR OWNER. In fact the local team said that JACK DEL personally walks through the service bay and will attach these to cars himself. This is vandalism. Jack Del has no legal right to attach anything to OUR car without our approval. We have complained to Toyota corporate and will be moving to a non Del Toyota location for any further servicing. This policy has cost this company thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars of our future business because of this petty action. read more

Today our experience at Del Toyota was absolutely first class! Don took time to explain about the vehicle and took us for a test drive, and answered every question. Jim make the experience of signing all the financial paperwork smooth, without any hassles. Angel was very helpful in setting up my phone and explaining all the features and functions. Coming from NY we mentioned about the front number plate holder and it was attached immediately!! Everyone that we met made us feel like a valued customer of Del Toyota and that in itself is highly unusual in my experience. Finally, FANTASTIC price, no bait and switch, no haggling! Will definitely return and highly recommend Del Toyota to any and all prospective customers. Ask for Don, he is without doubt the nicest sales person I have ever met at any dealership. read more

Do not get cars from this dealer. Check this out: Recently they fire 3 girls in the service Departament because they were not charging as much money for repairs as the owners want to charge. You go to service your car now and they want to charge you even for things that have a warranty. They make you sign for things that are very tricky and if you just trust them they screw you up. Bad customer service. Bad attitude. They also sale you cars without good brakes, bad engines and transitions, I am not making this up but if you like to take the risk up to you. read more

I emailed Del Toyota for a 2023 black hybrid Camry. I agreed on the Nightshade at full price of $33,313 cash, no financing needed. After giving my full cash offer and 4 exchanges into the conversation, I was told they are currently marking up all hybrids to $5,000 OVER msrp. So at the end of deal, I'm told the car is $38,313. No rating this dealership! After calling 30 minutes before arrival on a 45 minute drive there to make sure car was available and told it would be ready for a test drive when I arrived. After getting there someone else was test driving it. They still had my daughter test drive the car. As we sat down to start process another salesman came over to get keys and was told it was sold. Nothing else was available and the Sales Manager came over and offered a hall ass Sorry! When I said Sorry was not enough after driving 45 min and test driving something that was not available. His response was " Then I'm not Sotty" and walked away! Seems like they need a lot of Custome Service training! Never buy there!!! read more

Confirmed with dealership they had a truck they listed in stock. Let the dealership know I was on the way to look before driving there. Drove 1.5 hours to dealership and it was "sold". I have attached the photo of letting the salesman know I was on the way. Beware this dealership they lie about their inventory and waste your time. Beware of the person who "helped" me named Augusto. The manager didn't act like it was a big deal at all and offered no help. I spoke to both Patrick Donlon and Jim Lopez the managers. They both acted like it wasn't a problem and had no care at all. Patrick said that if I was buying a new Toyota he could have done something. Jim Lopez was condescending and acted like I wasn't worth his time. DO NOT buy a USED vehicle from these crooks. Purchased a used Toyota 4Runner with 30K miles with a reported "clean carfax" - turns out vehicle was in a significant rear end collision with body damage that they clearly knew about. Unfortunately, I didn't noticed this until a few days after buying the car on a bad weather day in December. Dealership acted like they had no idea and management REFUSED to fix the paint & body damage (very little cost and effort required on their part) after I followed up about it. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the salesman who sold me the vehicle showed a lot of sympathy and pleaded my case with his superiors multiple times, but they still said no. In the end, their body guy touched up ONE small spot on the paint and blatantly ignored my other requests for a dent in the rear tailgate and a dislodged quarter panel that needed new body clips. Buyer beware. When you purchase a used vehicle as-is, just know that these liars won't have a care in the world to help you. read more

Extremely happy with everything about my first service experience at Del. I've generally avoided having any of my vehicles serviced at dealers but Del is different and changed my mind. Everything from initial scheduling handled by Matt (service manager) who managed to work me in so I could wait while work was done, to check in by the efficient and friendly staff, then to stellar work by the service tech Shane who took time to diagnose the problem, show me what was wrong plus gave me a big picture eduction on the condition of my 4Runner, was absolutely first rate! I am a senior citizen who just turned 76. I have been having Del service both of our 2013 Rav4s for several years. I called a few days ago to schedule a state and emissions inspection for one of the cars. As usual, I asked the service advisor what was the current cost for the inspections and oil change, and whether there were any available coupons or discounts. Same as I asked every year. This service advisor was very abrupt and said $100 for the inspections and $150 for the oil change. I said that the current pricing was much higher than previous years, and he said that those were the current prices. I was surprised how blunt he was. I checked with Team Toyota and Sloane Toyota, two dealers who are closer to our home, and they were both substantially less expensive. And they made it clear that they would like to do the work. I am still kind of shocked at Del. read more

Had an unconventional experience getting a lease. I arranged a time with the rep I worked with in the past however he was responding to his texts during a test drive. We agreed to meet at 2pm and he did not arrive until 2:20 because he was doing a test drive. Although I waited by his area, he relocated me where I sat there for an hour. He was periodically checking in but my discussions were under 30 seconds as he was working with another customer. He sent his "manager" over with numbers showing for a vehicle I wasn't looking at. The sales rep knew my situation from the previous conversation but none of that was relayed until I had to clarify. I sat for another 30 minutes. Overall, after this lease is complete, I will not be working with another toyota dealership. The product is good, but some people can tarnish an image. I arrived there by 2, and left there by 4, when I told the rep I had to be gone no later than 3:30. They are not cognizant of the customers time and a proper sales rep would prioritize their customers or make further arrangements. These professionals are in it for themselves and while 99% of the time, Del Toyota provides great service. This specific transaction left a VERY BAD taste in my mouth. By the end of the transaction, I did not see the contract terms until I was with the finance Manger. Never again! read more
