I have had a great experience at Del Toyota, twice now. My sales rep Millie, well to say the least she is amazing. She can't make miracles happen but she can show you choices and her personality is superb. She has a genuine interest in doing right by you, and goes out of her way to make you feel like you are the most important customer. Del has the inventory others do not have and prices are competitive as well. I would pay a premium just to work with Millie, she's really a great person. I haven't had to use their service department but the waiting room is well equipped to be able to keep occupied while there. Did I mention you should ask for Millie? Had a Error Msg on dash, could not reset, took to Dek, they told me a sensor was bad, the repair would be $1800, I declined , Paid the Diagnostic fee , $95, Went Home, Ordered the part from Salvage, $200, INstalled it, but had to return to Del to have the New part installed to the computer. I was advised that the part needed to be calivrated and adjusted, Advised this would cost $486, I challenged this, asking how they calculate, was told it was a general rate (flat rate), Kinowing I installed the part in 40 mins, I asked what their Labor rate was, Was told $180 ????? WHAT, $180, I said, I replaced the part in 40 monutes total , How could they charge me $480 for an hour worth of work, I was told the flat rate allowed 2.5 hours to perform the work I Was furious but had no choice but to proceed., 1 hour later my car was completed, and they Charged me $435. Do not I repeat do not buy used from Dell Toyota I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester on February 20th and savory sense February 24th I've been trying to return it they sold me a car the car they put stickers on it knowingly that the car needed both rare wheel bearings the control arms in the front ball joints are dry rotted I had drove it couldn't even drive far it was my birthday weekend it was pointless of buying a car ahead of time I could have waited another month and a half if I knew this was going to happen I never drove Subarus before I always was a Toyota girl so I wasn't aware of the the riding of it but they lied and finessed me and told me that the Subaru sound like an airplane when taking off when not knowing that the noise that I was hearing it was the rear bearings all along since day one knowing at the rear bearings were messed up knowing that it needed a wheel alignment the control arms bushels it's a list of things that it's like $2,700 worth for work that I had to find out later from Reedman tolls I had contact with the sales rep which was no help he finessed me he gave me a straight Scarface handshake cuz he really bamboozled me I try to bring it back on the 24th and they were telling me that I couldn't it was my car they got those little young guys that being an orange and tan shirts I should have known none of them were managers but they put one in my face like as if they were a manager to tell me I couldn't bring it back but I can make service for it I made service appointment for it and all they did was did a wheel alignment and rotate my tires and tighten up a something that was loose underneath the bottom of the car where it was making a rattling noise I'm disabled so I don't really go out during the winter months but I say the end of April or May I noticed they were continuously still more problems with the car I had got a oil change done now recently and now the front all the dash lights are coming on the system is just all messed up I can't even drive over 50 mph since day one I had took it back number times I tried to get service and they're just basically patching things up and not fixing what needs to be fixed it had a 50-50 warranty which is bull crap all the they told me that the stop and go was it's bucking I'm not aware of the mechanical term so I told him it was jerking the first time around so they went with that when actually it's f****** they felt the bucking and that should have been taken care of in the first 30 days with the power trend warranty they disregarded it it's like they wanted to get that car off the lot I'm going through the attorney general at this time the better Business bureau and take action sex because they think I'm supposed to pay $17,000 for a car that's not even really should be on the road it's not safe to drive I can really like I said to this day I can't even go over 50 mph I called I talked to Rick he got very irate and smart with me they're saying that they won't help me because the day I found all this out from Reedman tolls they went and said they were going to call me back I never heard from them I drove by the building the same day and I seemed a gentleman from my area I never removed myself from my car I never yelled I just pulled up to the to the sales rep that sold me the truck and the man that I knew and I told him kindly that I would recommend you talk to someone else because he just bought sold me this car in February and it has 2,700 worth of work needs done do not buy used from him and I recommend you talk to a different salesperson or even go somewhere else so the sales rep must have lost the cell and still to this day now they're basically have their balls in a bunch and they're refusing to help me because they said I stir I came to the facility and I was yelling in there lobby Stern customers away read more

We also had a fantastic overall experience with our salesperson, Adrian Sirbu. We had our hearts set on this car long before we walked in. It's a highly in-demand vehicle and they, quite honestly, did not have to give any concessions on the bottom line as any number of buyers will come in wanting it. Still, they gave us what we felt was a very favorable price on the car and included some add-ons free of charge. Their priority was assuring a great buying experience and putting us in just the right car for our family. When there were some issues with our closing discussions, Jim and Heather tended to them personally and assured a fully reconciled and pleasant experience. Location purposefully vandalizes your car when you bring it in for service. After having our recently bought Toyota car serviced here, we found that Del Toyota stickers and license plate holder was added to the car WITHOUT any discussion or approval. We purposefully had them removed from the car prior to our purchasing and were assured it is not required to have them. Upon bringing car back to have them removed the service staff said that Jack Del himself has a policy that any car being serviced which is missing these items are to have them attached - WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION TO THE CAR OWNER. In fact the local team said that JACK DEL personally walks through the service bay and will attach these to cars himself. This is vandalism. Jack Del has no legal right to attach anything to OUR car without our approval. We have complained to Toyota corporate and will be moving to a non Del Toyota location for any further servicing. This policy has cost this company thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars of our future business because of this petty action. read more

Confirmed with dealership they had a truck they listed in stock. Let the dealership know I was on the way to look before driving there. Drove 1.5 hours to dealership and it was "sold". I have attached the photo of letting the salesman know I was on the way. Beware this dealership they lie about their inventory and waste your time. Beware of the person who "helped" me named Augusto. The manager didn't act like it was a big deal at all and offered no help. I spoke to both Patrick Donlon and Jim Lopez the managers. They both acted like it wasn't a problem and had no care at all. Patrick said that if I was buying a new Toyota he could have done something. Jim Lopez was condescending and acted like I wasn't worth his time. Purchased a used Toyota 4Runner with 30K miles with a reported "clean carfax" - turns out vehicle was in a significant rear end collision with body damage that they clearly knew about. Unfortunately, I didn't noticed this until a few days after buying the car on a bad weather day in December. Dealership acted like they had no idea and management REFUSED to fix the paint & body damage (very little cost and effort required on their part) after I followed up about it. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the salesman who sold me the vehicle showed a lot of sympathy and pleaded my case with his superiors multiple times, but they still said no. In the end, their body guy touched up ONE small spot on the paint and blatantly ignored my other requests for a dent in the rear tailgate and a dislodged quarter panel that needed new body clips. I am a senior citizen who just turned 76. I have been having Del service both of our 2013 Rav4s for several years. I called a few days ago to schedule a state and emissions inspection for one of the cars. As usual, I asked the service advisor what was the current cost for the inspections and oil change, and whether there were any available coupons or discounts. Same as I asked every year. This service advisor was very abrupt and said $100 for the inspections and $150 for the oil change. I said that the current pricing was much higher than previous years, and he said that those were the current prices. I was surprised how blunt he was. I checked with Team Toyota and Sloane Toyota, two dealers who are closer to our home, and they were both substantially less expensive. And they made it clear that they would like to do the work. Had an unconventional experience getting a lease. I arranged a time with the rep I worked with in the past however he was responding to his texts during a test drive. We agreed to meet at 2pm and he did not arrive until 2:20 because he was doing a test drive. Although I waited by his area, he relocated me where I sat there for an hour. He was periodically checking in but my discussions were under 30 seconds as he was working with another customer. He sent his "manager" over with numbers showing for a vehicle I wasn't looking at. The sales rep knew my situation from the previous conversation but none of that was relayed until I had to clarify. I sat for another 30 minutes. Overall, after this lease is complete, I will not be working with another toyota dealership. The product is good, but some people can tarnish an image. I arrived there by 2, and left there by 4, when I told the rep I had to be gone no later than 3:30. They are not cognizant of the customers time and a proper sales rep would prioritize their customers or make further arrangements. These professionals are in it for themselves and while 99% of the time, Del Toyota provides great service. This specific transaction left a VERY BAD taste in my mouth. By the end of the transaction, I did not see the contract terms until I was with the finance Manger. Never again! read more
