We set up a time for him to come look at the job a couple of days later. Jose communicated clearly from the start. When he arrived, I felt comfortable with him right away, and it was obvious he knew tile roofs well. A couple of hours after his visit, I had a detailed quote that covered all the work I'd asked for. No chasing him down and no vague estimates. On install day, his team showed up on time and was very professional and easy to work with. The price was what I expected, with no surprises. They finished the job and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. You'd never know a crew had been there. I totally recommend Estrada Roofs for your roofing needs. Great communication, quality work, and a team that respects your home.

Importantly, there is no subcontracting unlike some other roofing companies which stated their use in fine print. The entire crew worked seamlessly work together in unison to finish my whole reroofing in 3 days. I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Finally, after the installation was finished, the team still cared very much about passing inspection for permitting and to ensure their reputation is upheld. Even after payment was completed, they continued providing follow-up support when needed, which gave me additional assurances in their commitment to quality. I highly recommend All Service Roofing (ASR).

Planning the project with David proceeded smoothly -he clearly specified the work necessary. I was highly impressed that when I asked about additional work, that David indicated my request was beyond the scope of the work his company specializes in. A pleasant surprise in a world where companies promise anything irrespective of their ability to deliver! For me, it was evidence of David's honesty and integrity. Our project proceeded within the timeframe that was promised. David's crew were polite and worked in a manner that would be least disruptive to those in house. After completing the job, the crew power washed the walkway and the driveway before they departed -on their own accord. Photos of the restored roof were sent to me and the work looks FANTASTIC! RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was recommended to me by my next-door neighbor who had them do his roof. My neighbor told me that about a year after his roof was done, he thought there might be a new leak and RoofTek was at his house within hours. After their inspection, RoofTek identified the problem and corrected it -NO COST as part of the 5-year warranty their product comes with. My experience with RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was first rate! David and his crew make the process as painless as it gets. BTW, the cost of the work were reasonable and there were no 'hidden' adjustments to the original agreed upon estimate -what more could I ask for!

I felt like I could really trust them with my home. I scheduled them about a week out and his team was fast and efficient. The best part is Jonathan came by himself after his team left to inspect their work and ensure everything looked good. He also provided a report with photos after the tune-up was done. Johnathan was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process, especially while we gathered multiple bids from other contractors. He never pressured us and always took the time to answer our questions, explain options, and make sure we felt confident in every step. He and his team handled the repairs efficiently and professionally, giving our homeowners peace of mind during very stressful moments. The quality of work on both individual units and the overall HOA roof was excellent. Our homeowners and board members couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship, communication, and reliability were above and beyond what we expected. We are truly grateful we chose Johnathan as our roofing contractor, and we highly recommend him and his crew to any community or homeowner looking for trustworthy, skilled, and responsive roofing professionals.

Kevin was very responsive and provided an acceptable estimate after his project manager, John, came out and conducted his assessment. He did put me at ease though by telling me they stand by their work and that my repair should last decades based on similar projects they've done. I decided to forgo the purchase of the additional year warranty. To this day, we've had a couple of small storms go by and the roof repair has held up well.
