Difficult to say if the orders were not put in properly or if mistakes were made by the kitchen. THE GOOD: My wife's order was put in again and we finally got it but only after everyone else had finished their meals. Ended up getting it to takeout. However we were not charged for her meal. OVERALL: A little pricey for what you got and the problems with our food orders left a "bad taste in our mouth" (pun intended)
