I recommend choosing a different company to order your furniture through. Del Sol Furniture is disorganized and unprofessional. I was promised my order would be delivered in 10 days, it took 3 weeks. The wrong items were sent, even though I specifically asked, triple checked, and was assured by my sales associate that the order was 100% accurate. I called extremely frustrated and was directed to the warehouse manager who told me she could have my correct item delivered in 3 days. I received a call from the store shortly after and was told it would take 2 more weeks because the warehouse manager "didn't check her inventory" prior to assuring me I would receive my items in 3 days. So in a nutshell, my delivery was delayed, the wrong items were delivered, and now I have to wait 2 more weeks for the correct items! When I asked for a refund I was told they had to check with the owner because it has to "come out of his bank account". This is ridiculous and I believe I would not have had these issues at a different furniture store. I recommend saving yourself the time, money, and the frustration by visiting a different store. I spent a lot of money here and you'd think they would have more consideration for their customers. It has now been 2 days and I have not heard from anyone at Del Sol Furniture. I am very disappointed and regret placing an order here. read more

I visited the West Phoenix store on Monday(Memorial Day) to look at a chair that I was interested in. I was waited on by Liliana, she was very pleasant to work with and I purchased the chair and the 4 yr Protection Plan. I was given a Delivery date for Thursday of the same week and the delivery went smoothly. Unfortunately the wrong legs were installed on the chair. I had just started to start a Chat session about the problem, when I received a call from the warehouse to see how the delivery had gone. The young woman's name was Marisela, I explained the issue and described the legs that were on the chair. She checked and agreed that I had the wrong legs. She told me she would check into it and call me back that afternoon. Around 5 o'clock she called me back and said she had found the correct legs and could setup a Service Call for the following Tuesday which was the earliest she had available. I told her I would rather not wait that long and could she send them to a store close to me And I would just change them myself. She actually offered to drop them off at the store on her way home, which she did. All I can say is thank you Marisela, you showed what Customer Service is. On Thurday March 27th, I called your offices to enquire about purchasing a "Traditional Chaise Lounge" Bonded Leather, very spacious I had viewed online. Ingrid answered my call and she sounded very professional and very helpful. I told her I was going to call back later. The following day I called back and spoke to Ingrid again as I wanted to place the order. My only concern was the delivery time as I was leaving for an overseas trip the following week. Ingrid reassured me that she was going to write something on my order for the warehouse people to know that the order was urgent, I trusted her and went ahead with the order. I was really happy to get a call from the delivery driver advising of the delivery a day before my departure. Within minutes, I also got a call from Ingrid confirming delivery, I was really pleased with Ingrid, she knows what she is doing. The chaise was delivered on time before my departure. My wife wanted a new sectional with recliners, so we stopped by Del Sol Furniture. From the moment we walked in, even though everyone was helping other customers, they still took a second to say "hi" and welcome us. That felt good. The store manager helped us out and showed us some options. My wife was looking for something in a lighter color, and we ended up finding the perfect sectional modern but super comfortable. It has 3 power recliners, wireless phone charging, and cup holders. She loved how it looked, and honestly, it checked all the boxes for both of us. The price was solid at $2,699 for all we got in this sectional and we decided to apply for NO INTERÉS for 12/mo and we got approved. The service was excellent friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. That made a big difference. We decided to buy right there, not just because we found what we wanted, but also because we liked the vibe. This has been one of the best experiences I've received while furniture shopping. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He was able to answer all my questions with ease. The financing was easy and quick. We had an answer within minutes after applying on line. Walked in and was greeted by Danny who immediately took us to the sectional we where interested in and took the time to show us other options to assure we purchased the right ones for our family. Paperwork took a few minutes, we finalized our purchase and left the store happy with our purchase. Next day we received a call from financing dept. thanking us for our purchase And confirming all our information. Within 3 days of our visit we had our sectional set up at home by our very puntual delivery drivers (who actually showed up in the time frame given). At that time they had a huge Memorial Day sale going on so I called to inquire if I could purchase my furniture (for the whole two bedroom condo) over the phone in May and have it delivered in August so I could take advantage of the sale. Let me tell you how great my customer service rep Naomi is. She went out of her way to assist me when I had a claim with the insurance company that was used when I purchased my furniture. She went above and beyond to assist me and make sure that I understood what needed to happen. She started my claim when I called so that I would get an expedited response back from the insurance company. When they did not call me back she contacted them and stayed on the claim until I got a response back. I wish other people took care of their customers the way Naomi has taken care of me. I received several calls and text messages regarding the order. One item was damaged and as soon as they realized, they called and offered a replacement. I also ordered two different shades of gray for living room and they called to ensure that the colors were correct. Delivery was on time, fast and well executed. I walked in to furniture del sol with my husband to look around and I love all of the variety of furniture they have. I am very pleased with Erika and her customer service skills, she was very attentive and any question i had she answered it. Well all I can say is that Milo was about the best salesperson my wife and I met while looking for furniture. He allowed us to look around the store without tagging around with us as so many other stores do.
