Menu, iced dirty chai latte, & ice golden milk w/ shot of espresso

This is one of those places i will always go back to when in Tulum. They use local ingredients so it's farm fresh every time. The lattes were also very delicious and fresh spices used. The employees are always very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. The place can accommodate small or large parties. The ambiance is positive and the place is well decorated. We ordered the French toast, oatmeal porridge, and sides of bacon & eggs. They even let me try their coconut yogurt (dairy free) which was great!

We loved our brunch at Del Cielo!!! The environment is outdoor airy and all the staff carry an enthusiastic smile. They were very eager to take care of all our requests. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and I got a caramel cappuccino that was perfect. I also got the eggs Benedict that were on top of a crispy hash brown instead of any kind of bread at that was a brilliant combo. The açaí was mixed with coconut yogurt had great taste to it. The environment was so inviting we stayed a bit and talked after we were done eating. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

4++ A small breakfast/lunch café, located in the central area of Tulum. The service here is very friendly and the menu is pretty straightforward with breakfast favorites both tourist friendly and Mexican classics. There are some really healthy options and a pretty good selection of coffee drinks as well. I could see why I've read that this place is "influencer" friendly. The space and the food is very beautifully presented. As soon as I walked in, I could see tourists already sitting, including myself, as well as more tourists coming in as I ate my meal. Some people look like they were trying to do work there even. I ended up getting the chilaquiles with eggs over easy and a Shakerato - a double shot of espresso with coconut syrup all shaken up over ice. The coconut coffee drink was really delicious. And I really enjoyed the chilaquiles at first. It's served with beans and some fresh crema. The reason why I say at first is because as I was getting deeper into the dish and near the bottom, it started getting really salty with the chips mixed in with the salsa. Full disclosure: I typically like my food under salted, but I thought this was a lot. Maybe the general flavoring here is a little more salty since it is so hot and humid that you need salt, but I couldn't finish the very last of my meal. Overall, again, I have to repeat that I really enjoyed my meal here and my experience, especially with the great people. If I find myself back in the area, I definitely would go back and I would like to try some of the other stuff.

5/5 for sure! Please do eat here at least once! You will not regret. Start worry the service, people here are so friendly and welcoming. No Spanish, no problem. Plenty of seats! It's located in the downtown area, Easy access z beautiful decorations! You will see both tourists and local residents!!! In terms of the food, yummy yummy. Everything was so delicious and freshly made. Price was just like normal breakfasts price in the US but tasted way better! Definitely will return if I go back to Tulum!!!

My favorite meal in Tulum was brunch at Del Cielo! Up till dining here, I had mostly been disappointed with my dining experiences in Tulum, as most restaurants were either too pricy, or the food wasn't good, or the ambience wasn't good. Del Cielo had everything, good food and good ambience, at a decent price point! My friend and I stopped by for breakfast Thursday morning around 9:30 and it wasn't too busy. We got seated in their outdoor patio area, which was super cute. There's something on the menu for everyone here and overall the menu is quite veggie friendly. For drinks I tried the beet + orange juice and my friend tried the freshly squeezed orange juice, but both were disappointing. Their signature brunch dish is the breakfast tartine, so I had that with smoked salmon added (160 + 70 for the salmon). It was plated so nicely and tasted delicious. Surprisingly this tartine ended up being one of the trip's meal highlights for me. My vegetarian friend had the rancheros. He's never had this dish before and really enjoyed it here. Would recommend Del Cielo for an amazing breakfast/brunch meal!

I came her almost 3 years ago on a trip with a friend. We found this place at the end of our vacation and had wished we had been able to eat here more than once. Today I went back with my husband and it is still terrific. People complain about the prices and at this point in time, Tulum prices are what you can expect anywhere else that has been "discovered" and everyone wants to see it. The bonus is that it isn't super pricey as some places and the food is delicious, well prepared and abundant. We ordered the chilaquiles and the Papa Benedict. My husband loved his Benedict which had 2 potato cakes as the base instead of the usual English muffin. It did come with bacon which surprised him, but he ate it anyway and said the dish was delicious. My chilaquiles were beautiful and very tasty. So much food I ate about 1/2 and my husband then polished them off. We also had a tropical smoothie (yummy) and a frappe (coconut milk, espresso and ice) also very good. The service was efficient, but they did not push you to finish so they could fill the table, even though there were usually a few people waiting. We ate inside which was cute, but the covered front patio is really the spot to be. Very pretty. You are very close to the Main Street in town so it is easy to find. If you are vegan or vegetarian, there are plenty of choices. Also GF options, I believe. My husband loved it and I was equally happy to be back. Definitely worth seeking out.

The food was simply ok, for tourists I suppose it is good. For someone who is used to authentic Mexican food the food was not great. The juices were awesome not much sugar added. I had the fruit smoothie and my wife had that mango lassi. I had the chilaquiles.... That were made with tortilla chips and a sauce thrown on top. None of it was flavorful. Presentation was gorgeous though. My wife had the huevos rancheros she said they were just ok as well. The service was great very nice people. The decor was very Tulum like and earthy. The price point for what we had was around 36 bucks so not that bad. BEWARE OF WHERE YOU PARK AROUND THIS AREA ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A RENTED CAR!

This place is such a cozy spot! The food is amazing, honestly the best breakfast I have had in Tulum! So fresh and the fruits were so sweet! Everyone was super nice and very attentive. Even the toasts and butter had us salivating! Don't sleep on this place!

Glad we found this place. The turkey bacon and the French toast were so good. The sandwiches on croissants and the Cuban club looked delicious also. Nice place to have breakfast. Good service, lots of people bringing out food and drinks. Great price! Definitely not in the tourist zone over there where or bill would have been double.

It was a cute little restaurant but the seating was a bit too close for comfort. The food was good and the drinks were good too. The staff were a little busy when we went so service was a little slow.

Great location in downtown. Located on the side of the street, with inside/ outside dining. Friendly staff. By chill and relaxed. Great, light, simple food.

Trendy and Westernized Brunch place in Tulum! My friend and I came here two days in a row for their delicious and fresh brunch dishes. We primarily came back for the friendly waitstaff also! The menu is allergy friendly, which is helpful while being abroad! The menu is labelled appropriately in English and discloses most ingredients used in the dishes. The portion sizes are fair for the prices. But the presentation is magnificent and very Instagram-worthy. I ordered a berry smoothie with added matcha that was topped with bee pollen, and the chilaquiles with red sauce! I was pretty satisfied afterwards. Definitely worth checking out! tldr; food 4/5 service 5/5 interior 4.5/5

If you're on a tight schedule, definitely give yourself extra time. Service can be slow, especially during busy hours, and it can take a while for food to come out. That said, it's a nice spot if you're not in a rush and want to relax. The food was delicious. I had the peanut butter bowl, and the açaí ingredients were fresh and high quality. I just wish I had tried more items. My husband really enjoyed his breakfast burrito and said it was very satisfying. The latte was just okay. They use syrup from a plastic bottle, which I personally didn't love, so I wouldn't recommend coming here specifically for coffee. Tried a tumeric shot instead and that was yummy! One of the best parts is the location. It was super convenient for us since it was about a block from where we were staying at Azulik and within walking distance of everything cute in the area. The upstairs seating is great for people watching, and the overall vibe is very tropical and relaxed. The servers were okay, not especially friendly, but I get that they probably deal with a lot of tourists every day. Overall, it's a good spot for tasty breakfast bowls and burritos in a great location. Just come with patience and skip the latte.
