Wonderful experience at Deka on Blossom Hill. The space is comfortable, clean and very relaxing. I was a training model for lash extensions. It was my first time ever having them done and I wasn't sure what to expect. My lash artist, Gianna, was very thorough in explaining the process. She asked me questions about the look I would like and she recommended the hybrid style. She also chose the length and curl based on my answers. She was so professional and friendly. i've never had my lashes done before and was nervous, but irina was super sweet and took great care of me! i booked a hybrid full set and i love how my lashes turned out! it took about 2.5 hours, but was super worth it and i got to take a nap too hahaha i wanted a wispier set, but irina let me know upon my arrival that they didn't have wispy styles available at the time, but she was able to work with what examples i showed her and it turned out really great! i asked for a cat eye effect with longer lashes on the outer corner. irina told me that if my lashes felt uncomfortable i could come back in for an adjustment or removal, but after a day i'm feeling great about my hybrid set--AND i look hot LOL lol also shoutout to irina for dealing with my occasional snoring because i know i definitely fell asleep for a while when she was working because she was super gentle the whole time she was applying lashes thanks girl read more

I came here for my first ever lash extensions, and I was nervous. I have really twitchy eyes usually, bust Kathy was able to do an amazing job. Kathy made me so comfortable in the session that I fell asleep while she worked on me. I got to wake up, well rested and with a new set of lashes. Let me start off saying that my review is on the product and NOT the customer service! The customer service was great no complains there. I got my eyelashes done by Hannah she was very kind and patient. Also, when I reached out to them about the eyelashes falling they offered to fix them for free and the same day ! I got my eyelashes done on Sunday 8/13 by Tuesday 8/15 I noticed my eyelashes were falling off and funny enough I had gotten a text from the agency asking how my eyelashes were doing and I shared with them that they were already falling off so they offered a one time fix and I went in that same day to get the filled in. However it's now 8/18 (3 days later) and most of my eyelashes have fallen off (again) Mind you I've been taking care of my eyelashes, I wear goggles when I shower, I didn't get them wet the first 24 hours, I brush them and keep up with maintenance so I'm not sure what's going on but I'm unsatisfied the product didn't work since I spent over $100 to get them done. read more
