I was so upset by the result that I started crying. What hurt even more was that instead of acknowledging how disappointed I was, she wanted to take pictures of my eyebrows. I had to say no at least 3 times. I paid for the service and left because I was too upset to say much. I know eyebrows grow back, but this was a frustrating experience, especially since I was very clear about what I wanted. I left feeling disappointed and unheard. When we contacted the salon, the response felt defensive, suggesting she should have mentioned it during the facial and that deeper blackheads may require more than one session. While I understand this, the staff should have checked the results and explained any limitations before we left. We returned later, but the staff used a metal extraction tool very aggressively, causing significant pain. I also had to point out the remaining blackheads individually. When I privately shared my concerns, the response was dismissive and suggested I find another salon. I appreciate that they allowed us to return, but the poor communication, aggressive extraction, and lack of a final check made the experience disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and ensure extractions are performed safely and gently.
