This is my first refill by Aimee. I was so pleased with the initial appointment and work and now I'm even more ecstatic with the refill work!! She does an amazing job. She's so patient and diligent with her work--with a light hand and tedious placement of each lash Aimee doesn't stop until the lashes are perfect! The shop itself is gorgeous! Everything is very clean and well kept. I love how feminine the shop is and all the pink details. The lounge chairs you sit in are so comfortable and offer lots of lumbar support with pillow and the comfort of the chair itself. They also give you a blanket while you're being worked on which makes it super easy to get very comfy and snooze while your lashes become a gorgeous work of art!! 5/5! 100% recommend and I will most definitely continue to go back to DekaLash to get my lashes worked on!

Don't go here go somewhere else they over charge you and their lashes don't stay on I was going in every week for a fill because they were coming off to easy I've been going here a year and just recently I've been having issues. Such as I noticed I was over charged for my service it makes me wonder how long they've been doing this for I've tipped them $20 each time I went for a full hour refill or even if it was 30 minutes. I've been such a loyal client to them for them to do this. I went in today and reagan took the rest of my money out of my account and charged me right then and there for my appointment the other day when I already discussed my credits with the corporate and they told me I had $57 in credits this was on 4/12/23. Well she gave me a paper and charged my account I had said to her that I didn't sign this you should've never taken it out of my account and she told me that was for policy's when you can see it shows it's for tips and the total amount and I'm supposed to sign. This just happen 4/16/23. She then said she never took the money out it wasn't here she swears and continued to do it. If you never did it why you keep saying that to me like you did. When leaving she told me to never come back as if I wanted to after all this. As someone replied to this it's probably Brooklyn or Regan, my mom didn't use disrespectful language I know who my mother is and I'm sorry you Regan are sensitive and took everything to heart and told me not to come back once again as if I wanted to after y'all did that. & why take out my credits right then and there?? It's all good go ahead do the most I already did a dispute to get my money back. And btw I did find a lash home so no need to repeat something you just told me 5x. And I'm sorry ma'am read the dates on those messages it shows September and August. It doesn't make sense you are telling me the last couple of weeks when it's always been an issue honey. And y'all didn't tell me months after months about this it's only been an issue the last month as you told my MOTHER. Lol ain't about to argue with you Regan or Brookelyn when there is multiple people saying this place sucks, but yet you couldn't talk about the time you over charged my card and yet I have PROOF make it make sense hon. Who knows how long this shit has been happening for

I decided to splurge and do lashes for an upcoming photo shoot. The salon and technician were nice, but within a couple hours lashes were falling off my right eye. I followed the after care insructions to the letter but within 48 hours half of the lashes on the right had fallen off. It looked ridiculous! I called back to see about getting them fixed or removed, and the girl that I spoke with was disinterested and unapologetic. I had a Groupon for this service and tipped generously, but it would have been VERY expensive otherwise. I really hope the "fix" appointment has better results!

I am usually a lash extensions kind of gal, but I came in for a lash lift because why not try new things! Sarah was amazing and did a great job! I love my lashes! I waited 24 hours like she said and once I put mascara on IT LOOKED LIKE CLASSIC LASH EXTENSIONS!! Now warning you, I have semi long straight lashes and I usually have to curl before and inbetween layers of mascara for them to stay. But after that beauty procedure now I feel so naturally beautiful! Lash lifts are a great alternative if you don't want to cough up a bunch of money, and last longer than extensions! Sure not as dramatic! But I prefer this now cause who doesn't like being able to rub their eyes or use oil based moisturizers! Thanks Sarah! For lash extensions AND lifts I will definitely be coming to you! So careful on me and had great conversation with me while doing them!

I've gotten my lashes done many times before at many different places but have never loved them this much!!! Reagan killed it! I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

I am updating my review with deka lash in Parker. I want to thank them for the outstanding support that they gave back to me. Evidently I had a lash artist who just didn't care about her performance because it was her last day so I am not going to hold any bad will against Deka Lash. The owner contacted me by phone, email, text and Yelp. He went above and beyond by issuing me a full refund and gratuity for services performed. I believe that they are reputable company to admit the young ladies service was not what it should have been. I want to express my gratitude for them making it right with me. Also I want to thank the original Deka Lash that I accidentally posted my review with them. They also contacted me several times and offered me to have my lashes redone at their Vegas location but I was already home. It's good to see that there are companies that own up to mistakes because no one is perfect. Thank you very much!!!!

I've had Ashton do my lashes every time except for my very first appointment and she's great! Very professional, fast and friendly. I get the xpress refills which take 20 to 30 mins and I always end up wishing it took longer because I always fall asleep because of how relaxing it is!

WORST LASH SPA EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! My younger sister went to get her lashes done yesterday and by morning everything came out. When I called to see what they can do for us, Nicole the manger was not understanding and did not empathize with us. Worst customer service and worst service I have ever seen!
