The store is bright and clean. the lash area is very open - you are not in a private room so everyone can hear / see everyone. my service was with taja and she was very sweet and gentle. she asked me if i wanted more dramatic or natural and i said dramatic. so far I think the results look amazing!! When I asked to be rescheduled for the next week or weekend, I was told they were booked for the next 3 weeks and they could not find time to fit me in. I had two events I wanted the lift for - attending a wedding and my birthday(2 weeks apart). I scheduled the appointment 1 day before the wedding and could not have them done for that event - which was not ideal but fine.
