I searched far and wide for a lash salon that did my nails properly, took their time, and cared about the health of my lashes. I've been coming to the salon for a few years now after getting my lashes done and nail salons, Walmart, and other lash shops. A friend recommended this place to me and I have not looked back! I tried all of the styles of lashes depending on my mood and I felt polished every time. Currently, I get the volume lashes but a few months ago I wanted to switch it up slightly and my lash tech, Morgan, did just that. She made my outer lashes longer, and gave me a variety of lengths. if you come here I already know you'll be back. The shop is modern, clean, and extremely welcoming. you won't regret it! Ps: This salon used to be called Eleven 11 Studios so it's been around for a minute, but under a different name. read more

I finally jumped on the bandwagon and got myself a set of lash extensions. I have long eyelashes already but it takes me quite some time to put on mascara every morning before going to work. Enough was enough so I got myself lash extensions! The reason I got extensions is so that I don't have to put mascara on anymore and it's awesome. I found eleven 11 studios on Yelp after doing intense research. I read all the reviews and also it is very close to where I live. My experience in a nutshell: Morgan, the owner and lash specialist, is sincere, kind, and amazing businesswoman/person. I applaud her for being very sincere to her art. She told me that she gets tested every week to ensure that her clients are in safe hands. I was impressed by her great personality and we could literally talk about anything! She made me feel at ease during the appointment. Getting to the location was pretty straightforward, lots parking, and appointment is on time! The store is super nice and clean. I will also add that it smells amazing and she even offered me a drink! If you are a new client, you get $10 off your first appointment. I got the "midi" which means the extensions are placed on every other last of my upper lashes. Next time, I will try the hybrid to get volume! Price was reasonable, staff was great, place was safe and clean, parking seamless, and service was good. She even gave me a care card and extra lash brushes for maintaining my lashes. Highly recommend Eleven 11 studios! read more

If you need your lashes for an event and absolutely need it done by a certain time - do not book here. I did not have the opportunity to experience the lash lift I had an appointment for. I booked the appointment 2+ weeks in advanced and 3 days before the appointment I was canceled on. The only options offered were earlier that day (lunch time while I'm working, and the next day when I would be out of town). When I asked to be rescheduled for the next week or weekend, I was told they were booked for the next 3 weeks and they could not find time to fit me in. I had two events I wanted the lift for - attending a wedding and my birthday(2 weeks apart). I scheduled the appointment 1 day before the wedding and could not have them done for that event - which was not ideal but fine. When trying to reschedule to at least have it done before my birthday I was told they were booked solid. Very poor experience read more

It's unfortunate that I'm in a position where I'm leaving this review, but at this point, at least from my perspective, it is warranted. A lash set I received at this business caused me to receive a painful sty (eyelid lesion) that I had to seek medical attention for. To add insult to injury, the response from the staff was abysmally bad and created even more negative feelings on my part. After informing the receptionist that I had a bacterial infection either from the lack of good lash practices or from the glue that was used, she tried to deflect blame on me. I have been getting lash extensions for 9 years in Virginia, DC, Maryland, and California, and this has NEVER happened to me. I clean my lashes daily and hardly wear any makeup. I had only been to this lash studio a handful of times when I contracted this medical issue, so they are clearly to blame. I was promised the owner would reach out to me, but she did not. No refund was offered, and they even had the gall to suggest I pay for the removal. Please! Why would I ever return to a studio that gave me an infection and hand them even more money? The response from ownership was completely lacking. Trying to place blame on me for the incident was completely laughable. I would never recommend this studio to any friends, family, or strangers. Please reconsider before going to this lash studio. read more

This was my first time at this studio and let me just say it was amazing!!!The studio is decorated beautifully. I came in for eye lash extension. I was very nervous because you never know if they will turn out like you want them too. But mine turned out more then perfect!! :) I had the pleasure to have Stephanie as my lash tech and she did an excellent job! Stephanie was super friendly and catered to my needs throughout my appointment. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and was gentle with me. Not only did she go over the aftercare with me she also gave me a take home flyer and brushes to help me keep my lashes fresh. I highly recommend eleven 11 studio to everyone looking for top notch lash extensions. Try them out. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. read more

Absolutely love my visits with Morgan! My lashes are always on point and the retention is amazing. Beautiful salon!

Got "lashed" with a classic set and about a week later more than half of the lashes were gone. Contacted the artist/business owner and received no response. The quality and follow up customer service did not meet expectations. read more

Morgan is amazing! Not only does she provide a safe and comfortable experience, the lashes are fabulous and she is so easy to talk to! She did my lashes prior to and for my wedding, and I'm definitely continuing now beyond the wedding as well. Thank you, Morgan! read more

Had a lash lift for the first time. It was a little pricy so I was hesitant. The process was easy, you just lay there and relax while your eyes are taped for protection and then your lashes are combed with whatever they use. I loved the results!! They recommend every 6 weeks and I will definitely return! They also have parking and it's easy to find. read more

This was my first time getting lash extensions and I am so glad I found Eleven 11 Studios. Morgan was beyond professional and personable. She made me comfortable and explained the process so well. She gave me exactly what I was looking for and I am very happy with the results. read more

Came here for a lash lift & really enjoyed my time here. It was super easy to make an appointment online, up until 2 hours in advance which is great for those last minute appointments, too! The studio's space is a cozy 2 stories with multiple rooms. I had a wonderful and relaxing lash lift from Stephanie who totally understood my short lash struggles but also didn't push any upgrades etc on me which I really appreciated. The lash lift was reasonably priced & Stephanie did a great job getting a curl on my short lashes. Definitely recommend checking out this great women-owned small business! read more

I wanted to do something special for my wedding and had my lashes done for the first time yesterday with Morgan. All I can say was the experience was AMAZING!! I did a lash extension tester two weeks ago before going on vacation just to see how I would do with any reactions to glue or even assess how often I touch my eyes. My eyes were 100% fine but I ended up being more interested in trying the Lash Lift and keep the pampering more simplistic. Morgan was very friendly, personable, and I was so relaxed during the appointment. Her studio is also well kept and clean. It's obvious that she takes her business and skills seriously. I love the results and will definitely continue including lash lifts when I want to pamper myself read more

Upon arriving at Eleven 11 Studios - I was greeted by friendly faces that walked me through the process of what it would be like to get my lashes done. I was excited to do this for the first time. Morgan did an amazing job. I was comfortable the whole time and had great music and conversation. I already can't wait to go back! Attached is the right before and right after photo. I had the natural lashes put on by Morgan. She was pleasant and professional. I had absolutely no burning or discomfort. The place was clean and she wore a mask and shield during the procedure. I watched her clean the gurney immediately after she finished. Place has easy parking and is in a complex right off of King street near the 24x fitness center. Highly recommended. read more

I just had the best lash experience ever with Morgan at her adorable studio in Alexandria! I've been to several lash artists in the area and have had some pretty bad experiences and I am so relieved that I have finally found my go to girl. Morgan's calm, professional and knowledgeable demeanor made me instantly comfortable. She really made sure to keep the customer experience in mind when creating her space. Her studio is decorated beautifully and my lashes turned out stunning. She was very thorough and a perfectionist which I appreciate being in the beauty industry myself. I would highly recommend her lash services! read more

My experience with Eleven 11 Studios has been amazing, and I highly recommend them! I had never had lash extensions before and they were great at explaining the application process, upkeep, and it was very evident that they were knowledgeable and skilled about the whole process. They have amazing customer service, as I had a few lashes fall out after my appointment (by no fault of theirs) and they promptly responded and help me fix the issue. The studio itself is so adorable as well, super clean, well decorated, and relaxing. I'm officially addicted to lash extensions and you will be too if you go to Eleven 11! read more

Morgan is the best!! Great conversation while getting great lashes done, can't ask for anything more. She did a great job at mastering the lash look I wanted -- more on the natural style but bold enough that I feel great without makeup. They also have such accommodating office hours, hard to find places in this area that are open relatively late and on weekends! Been recommending Morgan to everyone I know who's looking for lash extensions! read more

This is my first review on Yelp. I don't write them because of laziness. I had to say something about Morgan and her work. A friend of mine recommended Morgan as the go to person for lash extensions. I was a bit scared because I've never had this done before. Morgan, knowing this, put me at ease. She explained what was to be done, put on some relaxing music and started the process. They came out great! I get so many compliments and I've sent more folks her way. If you need your eye lashes done please go to Eleven 11 Studios and see Morgan! read more

So I'm not your typical cosmetic type of woman, but I did promise myself to make a little more effort in looking presentable on not just weekends. I figured getting my lashes done would at least brighten my eyes and make it look like I've done light makeup work. Eleven 11 did exactly what I wanted. Not too long and dramatic like you see on IG, but bold enough to notice. I loved my lashes. Ask for Morgan! Thank me later. read more

As a newbie to lash extensions - I didn't know what to expect! I went to Stephanie and she did a great job making me feel comfortable with the whole process. LOVE Morgan and Stephanie. I followed them from a previous salon, I love them that much. First, their studio is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. Second, the quality of their work is amazing. I mostly see Morgan, but have seen Stephanie a few times as well, and both women are beyond knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. I've been getting the 'midi' lash extensions for 1.5 years now and my natural lashes are in great shape thanks to them - I went once for a full set and back every 2-3 weeks for a fill. I get compliments all the time on how beautiful yet natural my lashes look. Their prices are extremely reasonable for this area, and if you follow their lash care instructions, you will not be disappointed. I've totally stopped wearing makeup on a regular basis because the lashes are that awesome. Just go see them! read more

My (classic/mini) lashes look natural and hold up really well. Stephanie does a great job. The assistant is really sweet and fun as well.

The place is so nice and Stephanie is so nice and friendly. The best lash studio I went ever.

Amazing and clean studio. Great service with super personable staff. Stephanie gave me a Classic Midi Fill and was extremely kind and welcoming. They were extremely clear about the entire process and eager to answer any questions I may have had. They give you cute free eyelash brushes at the end as well. I found this place on a Google search and was able to book an appointment online that same day for a few hours later. I highly recommend this place to any eyelash extension veterans like me or anyone looking to try them out. Thank you Eleven 11 Studios! read more

This was my first time at the studio and only second time getting extensions. The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and very relaxing. I actually dozed off as I was getting my extensions put on. So, let me be real. Stephanie at Eleven 11 Studios is AMAZING. As you can see by the pictures, the ambiance and calm nature of the studio is amazing but what's more important to me is the quality of the lashing. To begin, these things are going on your face so you're looking for a place that's clean (obviously) but also knows what they're doing. I have pretty oily skin and Stephanie works magic to make my lashes look great no matter what. She knows all about the technical elements that ensure my lashes cure or adhere properly all the way from using top notch products during the lash process and even making sure the room is at the proper temperature and humidity! When it comes to certain beauty products/processes you really do get what you pay for and this isn't any different. I'm not a makeup girl, so I only wear lashes and a little lipgloss but I'm always getting compliments on my lashes and I refer EVERYONE to Stephanie. She's professional, knowledgeable and does an AMAZING job. If you're unsure she walks you through everything and helps you feel at ease. If you're on the fence, take the plunge! read more

This studio was amazing-- I hadn't ever had false lashes and I was a little hesitant because I know people who get false lashes and then have no more of their own. When I called to schedule an appointment (I cannot remember her name ) she was SO helpful and answered every single question of mine and was super friendly while doing so. Appointment comes, I enter a cute little studio that 1. SMELLED AMAZING, 2. Was decorated beautifully, and 3. Was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the start. The process took about two hours, there was peaceful music on, I fell asleep, she literally made me feel comfortable enough to not feel awkward when I did! I WISH I had pictures of the finished product because they were SO beautiful and dramatic but still natural looking-- like, I looked beautiful without makeup just because I didn't have to apply mascara for the three weeks they lasted. I can say, honestly, three weeks later most of the lashes have fallen out (which is the expected time for them to) and I still have my full natural lashes. Whatever she did, she did it RIGHT. I would be getting a refill but can not afford the maintenance for now Moral of the story-- YES. Go to her for your lashes if this is something you're considering. It's well worth it read more

My first lash experience was with Morgan from Eleven 11. She uses quality lashes and accommodates your 2 hour experience with music, a blanket, and a calming environment. She is informative in lash care, and also helps you understand the density of your own lashes vs the lash extension to prevent your own lash shedding. She is the only lash technician I have been to and I travel from NYC to sit in her chair! Great quality and even better long lasting wear. read more

Stephanie is AMAZING! I had to get a picture taken, and my lashes were a mess. She fit me in right away, and did her usual meticulous job with my eyelashes.
