Currently, I get the volume lashes but a few months ago I wanted to switch it up slightly and my lash tech, Morgan, did just that. If you need your lashes for an event and absolutely need it done by a certain time - do not book here. I did not have the opportunity to experience the lash lift I had an appointment for. I booked the appointment 2+ weeks in advanced and 3 days before the appointment I was canceled on. The only options offered were earlier that day (lunch time while I'm working, and the next day when I would be out of town). When I asked to be rescheduled for the next week or weekend, I was told they were booked for the next 3 weeks and they could not find time to fit me in. I had two events I wanted the lift for - attending a wedding and my birthday(2 weeks apart). I scheduled the appointment 1 day before the wedding and could not have them done for that event - which was not ideal but fine. When trying to reschedule to at least have it done before my birthday I was told they were booked solid. Very poor experience read more

It's unfortunate that I'm in a position where I'm leaving this review, but at this point, at least from my perspective, it is warranted. A lash set I received at this business caused me to receive a painful sty (eyelid lesion) that I had to seek medical attention for. To add insult to injury, the response from the staff was abysmally bad and created even more negative feelings on my part. After informing the receptionist that I had a bacterial infection either from the lack of good lash practices or from the glue that was used, she tried to deflect blame on me. I have been getting lash extensions for 9 years in Virginia, DC, Maryland, and California, and this has NEVER happened to me. I clean my lashes daily and hardly wear any makeup. I had only been to this lash studio a handful of times when I contracted this medical issue, so they are clearly to blame. I was promised the owner would reach out to me, but she did not. No refund was offered, and they even had the gall to suggest I pay for the removal. Please! Why would I ever return to a studio that gave me an infection and hand them even more money? The response from ownership was completely lacking. Trying to place blame on me for the incident was completely laughable. I would never recommend this studio to any friends, family, or strangers. My experience in a nutshell: Morgan, the owner and lash specialist, is sincere, kind, and amazing businesswoman/person. I applaud her for being very sincere to her art. She told me that she gets tested every week to ensure that her clients are in safe hands. I was impressed by her great personality and we could literally talk about anything! She made me feel at ease during the appointment. Getting to the location was pretty straightforward, lots parking, and appointment is on time! The store is super nice and clean. I will also add that it smells amazing and she even offered me a drink! If you are a new client, you get $10 off your first appointment. I got the "midi" which means the extensions are placed on every other last of my upper lashes. Next time, I will try the hybrid to get volume! Price was reasonable, staff was great, place was safe and clean, parking seamless, and service was good. She even gave me a care card and extra lash brushes for maintaining my lashes. So, let me be real. Stephanie at Eleven 11 Studios is AMAZING. As you can see by the pictures, the ambiance and calm nature of the studio is amazing but what's more important to me is the quality of the lashing. To begin, these things are going on your face so you're looking for a place that's clean (obviously) but also knows what they're doing. I have pretty oily skin and Stephanie works magic to make my lashes look great no matter what. She knows all about the technical elements that ensure my lashes cure or adhere properly all the way from using top notch products during the lash process and even making sure the room is at the proper temperature and humidity! When it comes to certain beauty products/processes you really do get what you pay for and this isn't any different. I'm not a makeup girl, so I only wear lashes and a little lipgloss but I'm always getting compliments on my lashes and I refer EVERYONE to Stephanie. This studio was amazing-- I hadn't ever had false lashes and I was a little hesitant because I know people who get false lashes and then have no more of their own. When I called to schedule an appointment (I cannot remember her name ) she was SO helpful and answered every single question of mine and was super friendly while doing so. Appointment comes, I enter a cute little studio that 1. SMELLED AMAZING, 2. Was decorated beautifully, and 3. Was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the start. The process took about two hours, there was peaceful music on, I fell asleep, she literally made me feel comfortable enough to not feel awkward when I did! I WISH I had pictures of the finished product because they were SO beautiful and dramatic but still natural looking-- like, I looked beautiful without makeup just because I didn't have to apply mascara for the three weeks they lasted. I can say, honestly, three weeks later most of the lashes have fallen out (which is the expected time for them to) and I still have my full natural lashes. Whatever she did, she did it RIGHT. I would be getting a refill but can not afford the maintenance for now Moral of the story-- YES. Go to her for your lashes if this is something you're considering. It's well worth it read more
