There is so much to praise about Deivis Rodent Control that I hardly know where to begin. We were referred to Deivis by another perfectionist professional, our piano conditioner, tuner who had used Deivis in his own Walnut Creek home. And Deivis did not disappoint. Deivis, himself was prompt to answer my call and was able to come and evaluate our rodent problems immediately. He was personable, professional, courteous and very thorough in his explanation of the services his company provides. Our piano expert had discovered a very recent rat invasion inside our piano! There were no droppings anywhere outside our grand piano. A complete mystery. We also had not seen or heard any evidence of these or other rodents entrance into our home for at least a year since we'd had an invasion and had blocked the likely entrance points ourselves. The Deivis crew did the most thorough job of searching out and blocking every possible entrance point into our home. They even took the time and care to take photos showing the dozens of likely entrance points around the perimeter and up at the roof line. We now have all these "before" photos and the "after" pictures showing all the repairs. There are 48 photos and a video of the work done to block off the space under our solar panels where rats were nesting and raccoons holding raucous midnight "Get the Ratties" parties. Incredible! We had two quiet, hardworking young men working inside and outside all over our home for three days. Miguel, our foreman, was incredibly polite, professional, yet friendly, and hard working, and represented his company with dignity. He was also so gentle and careful when he had to move objects like our stove and all the kitchenware perched upon its back ledge. The two other crew members who worked with Miguel on different days were also kind, friendly, courteous and hard working. Work was completed on time and to perfection. I am sure when I post this I'll think of yet another gift this crew brought to our home. My rat problem was a NIGHTMARE until I found Deivis. Don't make the same mistake I did going with a larger provider- the one I worked with before Deivis made my problem WORSE not better. I reached out to Deivis in crisis on a Saturday night; they arrived the next day at 7 a.m. --on a Sunday! Their team of three was here that day for 6-7 hours, doing thorough exclusion work and creating a strategy to eliminate the root cause. After the exclusion work, Deivis also removed and replaced my insulation. Deivi himself is an incredible partner, someone I trust, always available when something comes up. These guys did were a pleasure to work with and did an extremely thorough job in rat/mouse proofing my house. They pulled out all of the appliances in my kitchen and laundry room to clean and check for/seal points of entry, and did an amazing job in cleaning, sanitizing, and sealing point of entry in my garage (including taking everything out of the garage including moveable cabinets). They were much for detail-orientated and thorough than a previous company I used, and I'm hopeful they will be just as diligent in their follow-ups to confirm their services were successful. read more

I had a fairly large crawlspace area of about 1700 ft.² that was affected by rodents including insulation and ducting. I had David come take a look at it and was very impressed how he personally went down through the crawlspace and videoed the damage for me. He clearly explained what he would do to block any access points from the rodents, and remove and replace all ducting and insulation in the crawlspace. He gave me a competitive quote and I hired him to do the job. On the day of the work, he came with a crew of three other people, and worked very hard and diligently for a day and a half to block all access points, and remove and replace the insulation and ducting. They also vacuumed the droppings and applied sanitizer. Afterward, they did a thorough job of cleaning up. As a follow up, David has placed traps in the crawlspace and will return after a short period to make sure that we have not missed any. Now that the job is done, I am very pleased that the source of rodent intrusion has been blocked, and now have factory fresh insulation, and ducting to provide heat with the coming onset of winter. I highly recommend David for anyone who has a rodent problem. I received bids from a number of companies that do this work, but what convinced me to engage him was that he was the most thorough and competent of all that I considered. I have never called an exterminator before and when I found a mouse running across my kitchen floor I freaked out and realized I needed one ASAP. Most of the places I called were accepting appointments 1-2 weeks out. I called Deivis and they were able to come out that day. They looked all over my kitchen and set traps under my fridge and oven. The next morning they came out and did a thorough investigation of where the holes were behind my appliances and patched them all up. They came the following morning to go into my crawlspace and plug up all the holes there. We haven't seen a mouse since and they are coming out next week to do a follow up visit. They guarantee their work for 2 years, hopefully we won't have to call them again but I feel confident they will fix the problem.
